I have been happy with her. There was once or twice when something got missed and was not done, there are two people and they do it quickly so that they can move on to other people. I called her and said that it was missed, she was super nice and she came back to do it. I’m really happy with her.

Maria Was a pleasant surprise. We are leaving our apartment and it was quite messy and dirty from our 18 months there. Really my little boy made a lot of messes. We had Maria clean up for us, doing what she could do and I am happy to say that she really does know what to do and how to do it. Communications were great and when we did not know just everything that needed to be done she took the initiative to do them. Importantly we did not need to look over her and her worker. When I need to clean on our new house I will hire her again. She is trustworthy

This is a very mixed review. Maria is an incredibly nice person, and for some people she will be a perfect fit. But she was a terrible fit with me (for what I am looking for in a service). We met just last weekend and I reviewed that I was single, no pets, no kids, and really just wanted a basic vacuuming, dusting, and keeping my kitchen and bath clean. No making the bed, no fancy extras. We specifically walked the house, and we specifically discussed how I really didn't want anything moved - please just dust around things, but don't worry about a heavy cleaning. I thought she got that because she verbally and physically repeated back that she would only lift things, not move them. Maria came and cleaned yesterday with one other person (Tues, April 10). I came home to find my Masterbath completely re-arranged, with many things buried that had been on the counter. It took me a while to locate my wastebasket, electric razor, and many other things. Parts of the kitchen were the same way. I still can't figure out where she put my rice cooker, which had been sitting in a corner on my counter top, but I believe is now hidden somewhere in my kitchen. The cleaning job was excellent, and in general, if you are fine with people not listening to your instructions but still doing a great job, Maria may be a very good choice. I think if going forward I had re-reviewed my instructions, there is a possibility that we could have worked through any misunderstanding. But the event that put it over the edge for me was that they threw a circuit breaker and did not notify me. Right now my computer is still not working. It is connected to a UPS, so I'm a bit confused as to how throwing a circuit caused permanent issues. Be that as it may, if you throw a circuit, you obviously will be aware of it - the device (vacuum cleaner, etc) that you have plugged in will stop working. And it will now no longer work, at all, where it is plugged in. So you are aware that something is not good. Clear effective communication is essential with the folks I work with. Maria and I did not have that.

Maria is the best! We found her on Angie's List after getting rid of the worst cleaning service we ever had! Maria does great work and does not miss anything. We have her come on a bi-weekly basis and highly recommend her service!

Maria has been cleaning for us for over 1 year. She knows how to clean homes, and is not hesitant about doing so! She and her crew hit the door working and continue at a rapid pace until the job has been completed. I have found the best thing to do is just leave until they are finished working. Maria is a very friendly, pleasant person. She is also very professional and comes to work, not to gossip with her employees. She will be in, and out, and do a better job than any other service you will use. I will warn you, however, that she is a frustrated interior decorator and will move knick-knacks around where she believes they will give a better presentation, and is usually correct! (Joke.) Excellent service.

We have been using Osmar for the past 5 years and would never consider using anyone else. Maria is always on time, flexible on short notice, and ALWAYS has a positive attitude. Maria's quality of work is also the best. Maria has been with us so long, we consider her part of our "family"!

I bought an Angie's Deal for Osmar Cleaners. It wasn't expensive, so I didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong. They were polite and flexible when i called and set up an appointment. Maria and another lady arrived on time and began working with eager attitudes. They cleaned our home beautifully and then left the house smelling fresh and CLEAN. The second time I called they were busy all week, but Maria went out of their way to arrange a cleaning. The service was the same, excellent.

I'm a realtor and needed a property professionally cleaned as part of the contract. We called late on a Monday and she had the job done the next day. I walked through the house giving it the "white glove" test and I was amazed at how well it passed. The house was perfect! It's not even remotely possible for the buyers to complain. We were in the process of selling our house and needed to do a deep cleaning for the new owners. We decided at the last minute that we wanted to hire someone to clean it for us. I called Osmar Cleaners and Maria said she could be out the next day. She arrived on time and got straight to work. She and her partner did a phenomenal job and I will definitely hire her again.

Maria and helper arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning floors, dusting and changing bed linens. Friendly and professional. Provided their own supplies. Reasonable price for great service. At last a service we can rely on!

It was so nice to come home after work today. Maria had been here during the day, and it was like walking into a different house. She's very thorough and conscientious. I wanted to meet her here, but I couldn't get away from work. I needn't have worried because she didn't need any special directions. She's also very friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone.

She constantly goes above and beyond. If we ever have a scheduling conflict, she works with us to find a new time or date. We have refered her to all of our friends and cannot say enough about how wonderful she is!

Maria called the day before as promissed and obtained directions to my house. She arrived earlier than promised, but waited patiently for me to get to my house from work. Maria asked for a tour of the house and immediately got to work. I was home so I was able to notice if something was missed and Maria was quick to take care of anything I called attention to. Overall the quality of service was very good. The house looked and smelled great. The only thing I noticed that there were some spots left on the kitchen counter that were not throughly wiped and the shower enclosure had streaks, but then again, I am very picky and expect perfection. What I really liked about Maria is her responsiveness and positive attitude. We will have Maria come again to clean up the house next month.

I called Maria and set up our first cleaning and she did an AMAZING job. She works alone and takes as much time as necessary to finish. She arrived right on time and was very nice and professional. Our house looked so good that we arranged to have Maria come every other week.
