The owner was very responsive and let me know when a schedule change was needed but did ask my approval of the time change. The cleaners were very late in arriving but I understand that they were late due to issues with the earlier appointment, however, I would have liked to have been called without my having to call to inquire. The house was empty; I mainly wanted the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. The cleaning was good but not great considering they only had to focus on a small kitchen and two small bathrooms.

Great, she called and informed me of all the details that would take place. Arrived on time and was very accomodating to my schedule.

Maria and the ladies arrived as scheduled. They brought their own supplies and went to work as soon as they arrived. They did not stop until the job was done. They clean everything, including a hanging light fixture 2 stories up. I don't know how they managed that, but they did!

My faucet was broken, my sweeper was left inoperable, all my supplies were used and the house smelled like it had never been touched.

Amazing is all I can say! I have tried 3 different cleaners in the past and I haven't ever been so satisfied. I was lookign for someone who does everything perfect, and I think I've found that provider! In fact another well-known service, that charged me 130 didnt even get close with this in terms of quality. Thanks Maria!! I just hope you guys keep up the job for every visit!

Maria and her crew did a FANTASTIC job! Punctual? Maria notified me three hours in advance that they would be there 30 minutes early for our appointment and they were. She and her crew scrubbed my house from top to bottom, cleaned all windows and sills, swept and mopped the floors, dusted furniture, cleaned all my ceiling fans, granite counters, marble vanities and sinks/tubs/showers. Maria and her team of three house-cleaners finished deep cleaning the entire house in less than three hours. As another reviewer noted, Maria has a great trick to shine stainless appliances that is truly impressive. Maria even helped me stage the furniture remaining in my house so that each room looked great. They missed a few cobwebs here and there but that's not surprising in a house of this size. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Maria and Osmar Cleaners!

Marias cleaning crew has always been professional, nice, accommodating and thorough. She has been flexible with me on what time to show up because sometimes the grandkids are still asleep . I have asked her on short notice to do 44 foot Motorhome and it has never been a problem. I have used her for several months now for twice a month and have now set her up to do grandmas house. When they finish the house it's smells so beautiful and is clean and sparkly.

Contacted 6/2, no response until 6/28 and then they did not even sign their name in the e-mail.

Maria sends a crew of at least three. They are very thorough, always cleaning blinds and baseboards as well as general cleaning. They are professional and are accomodating when I ask them to do other things. Because there are several ladies, the cleaning gets done very quickly and efficiently.

Maria came to the first cleaning and directed a team of three to clean our home "the first time" which is more expensive because they get the place tip top so when they return on a monthly basis there is less to do. Maria is a professional. Her team works in a coordinated way. They cleaned things I did not expect to see, such as the cast iron tops of our gas range, many windows inside, the front porch! They used their own products and tools (vacumn, mops, etc). I was very impressed and, if they continue to be as good, I will be pleased to keep them coming back indefinitely.

Maria (owner) is very nice and accommodating. She got my house on the schedule quickly and showed up when expected. The first time (when she was there) was great. My house was cleaned twice more and these visits weren't as great. They did show up on the scheduled day. The last time they were several hours later than expected with no call. I do not speak Spanish and was not able to communicate with the two ladies that cleaned my home. I have 1500 sq ft and the two of them spent about an hour cleaning both times. The job left something to be desired. They did weird things like putting dirty dishes every which way in the dishwasher on top of clean dishes, getting the window blinds in a twist, and using my towels for something and then hanging them back up. To be fair, I'm sure I could have worked with Maria to get these issues resolved. I did not wish to do so however and will be trying another service.

I have called the owner Maria many times needing a house cleaned quickly and thoroughly (real estate). She always figures out a way to get it done within the time limits we work under. I'm consistently blown away by the results. Seriously, this team is great. They work hard and get the job done beyond expectations. There have been times when a seller or buyer wants something done specifically (kitchen drawers, refrigerator, etc) in the cleaning - I let Maria know and she prioritizes those requests. They work and deserve every dime paid. I always feel like they should be paid more. I work on referrals and believe that is how a good business is built. I only recommend/refer people and businesses I totally believe in - Osmar is absolutely one of them. I highly recommend this cleaning company.

Professional, prompt and thorough in cleaning our house. We would certainly recommend Osmar cleaning. What ever they used on stainless steel surfaces made them look brand new. Really liked their attention to detail throughout the house.

Maria does a wonderful job. We have been seeking her help for the past few times. Maria is very responsive. She and her companion came on time. They cleaned three bed rooms and two bathrooms, and the kitchen very well. They bring all their tools and they leave the house smelling fresh. I will keep seeking their help.

It started out wonderfully. However, the last two cleanings have resulted in significant disappointments: *A coffee pot was broken (they did offer to replace it) *A bathroom upstairs was not cleaned *A bathroom downstairs was not cleaned After discussion, they agreed to come back out today at no cost to clean the house again. Today, we found damage to the master bedroom counter top where they tried to scrape off some old (glue?) spots left by the previous owners. The "marble" counter top has gouges in it. We also discovered that they left wet rags on the crib railing; it is now warped. Sadly, we are no longer going to use them after today.

Maria was very professional . Was on time and was done in 2 hours. I was very pleased when I came back home from work . Will definetly use her in future .

Good - she uses google maps, so no confusion with where to go. Has a working cell phone so easy to get ahold of. Shows up on time and cleans thoroughly.

I have used this company and had these woman in my house every other week for the past several months. I have been extremely satisfied with their house cleaning. Because I work from home, the friendliness and professionalism of the employees is very important to me, and I have also been extremely satisfied on this front. Based on my recommendation, my neighbors recently hired them to clear their house, and they are also very happy with the service.

My experience with Osmar Cleaners has been extremely positive from the very beginning. The owner, Maria, was prompt and professional in giving me a bid and her price was extremely reasonable (I checked around and got other bids). The women who clean my house (there are 3 who come every other week) are professional, realiable, and do an excellent job. They are extremely punctual -- if they're going to be late (which is rare), Maria calls me in advance. One of the 3 women who cleans my house speaks very good English, so communication is not an issue. In the past, when there were just 2 who cleaned for me and neither spoke English, I could call Maria to convey information to them. It worked well, but I really like having an English speaking worker at the house. Maria is very responsive to any suggestions and flexible if I have to change the day the crew comes. She is accessible by phone, email ,or text. I've been very happy with Maria and the women who clean for me and have recommended them to my neighbor who also uses them.

Maria and her crew are great. After 6 years with the same housekeeper who was moving we went through several people before finding Maria on Angie's List. She met with us right away to give prices and meet the pets. She came to clean the next week. She has 2 others with her and they do our house in about 2 hours. They do a great job, fast but not sloppy. The price is what we paid previously and I feel is competitive to others. Maria's crew is supserb. I have used other cleaning services and they did not perform near to Maria's experienced professional work. She is far and above the very best! I will definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

I found their pricing very much adequate. They had good reviews on Angies List which prompted me to use them. They really did a good job. There wasn’t anything that I disliked. They actually went above and beyond of my own personal expectation. They did very well.
