Very professional, contact prior to arrival, did great work.

Dewey was great. He called to let us know he was on the way. He corrected issue and extended pipes to meet code. Even took a ruler to show us they were at proper length from ground. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. We really like this company and their employees.

Jason was awesome. Very patient, professional and friendly. He arrived on time completed all work and explained what he did.

It was promptly repaired.

My wife and I just built a home in Driftwood Texas and the original plumbing company (now out of business) completely botched the installation of the Rinnai tankless recirculating hot water heating system. To make a long story short, our builder had to call in L&S Mechanical at the 11th hour to get us up and running with hot water just prior to move in. Dean Faught came right out, assessed the situation and immediately assigned Michael Hoy (plumbing “ace” par excellence as we were to subsequently learn!) to get us out of the ditch. Michael and his helper worked diligently in a hot attic in the middle of an Austin summer heatwave to get all the problems resolved in the shortest order possible, which included relocation and proper re-plumbing of the tankless heating units, installation of missing check and pressure control valves, reversing the flow of recirculation, remote system controller configuration/operation, thorough system testing (both with and without recirculation) along with several other improvements too numerous to mention. Needless to say, my wife and I are thrilled with the work, most importantly the peace of mind that has come with knowing that our dream home is now properly and professionally plumbed!!!
