Description of Work: I have roof rats in my attic. Matt came and put in traps. He also checked on how they got into the attic and sealed all the possible entrances that he found. For example, the vents on the top of the roof had caps to keep out the rain, but animals can get under those caps and into the attic. Matt put heavy screen over those holes. He then came back to check the traps until there were no more catches. Note that the first time cost of the service was around $900.00 to seal all the entrances and set the traps and check them. However, now I can get an annual contract for $75 a year for Matt to check the traps. I can also call him to come out if I have any indication that critters have reentered.

Description of Work: Removed barn swallow best from porch and 2 nests in the roof eaves.

Description of Work: Harpers rodent-proofed our house and made sure we were rodent-free (checked and cleaned traps). Matt Harper was extremely profession, both in terms of understanding our situation and explaining his process. We have tremendous confidence in his knowledge - which has been proven by his actions. Highly recommended! Further, he was more reasonably priced than others we had spoken with.

Description of Work: I was very happy he agreed to come and remove a dead (shredded) roof rat from my air condition unit. He thoroughly cleaned inside and outside of the unit. He did an excellent job.
