Description of Work: Fixed leaking toilet - pull and reset with new wax ring and bolts & seal to floor. I used Angie's List deal for initial $15(covered call with $60 credit applied to bill). Was friendly and went right to work. Only issue I had regarding service was that upon arrival he said "I think I shared with you on the phone it will be $200." He definitely had not. Felt at that point it was too late and I neede the situation fixed. Took all of 45 minutes total. In hindsight, probably should have gone with service by the hour vs. by the job. Will surely ask that question next time.

Description of Work: They installed a new kitchen faucet and it went very well. But what I really appreciated was they honored a coupon I purchased 3 years ago but never redeemed (due to my own misunderstanding of the offer.) They were very personable and accommodating; they put back all my under-the-sink items when they finished and even asked if I wanted them to remove the box/packaging from the faucet for me. I was a bit irritated 3 years ago when I couldn't use my coupon, but they definitely redeemed themselves in my mind. I'll call them again.
