Description of Work: I had a leaky outdoor faucet replaced. They were friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use American Eagle again.

Description of Work: Replaced three inline valves. One valve is the main shut off valve from the well pump, and the other two valves are between the two water heaters, one of which controls the water going to our in floor heating system. Each of the old valves were leaking and were replace with lever ball valves. The connections were made with pressure fit connectors so no soldering needed to be done. This was a first for me but it looks like a very high class connection. He then stayed until he had bled the infloor heating system so there would be no air locks. Our in floor system is working fine. Total work time was about 2 hours. A very good job and would recommend him for future work. I have forgotten the owners name but he is very personable and was able to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I have done some of my own plumbing in the past but American Eagle did a much better job than I would have done.

Description of Work: He replaced the spout in my tub. I had purchased the spout so all he had to do was change it. I was charged $90.00 over and above the $15 service charge and $60.00 credit. I thought this was excessive.

Description of Work: The service man was extremely punctual. He guided us through exactly what he was going to do before he even started. Once he quickly told us what he needed to do for putting in the gas line for our dryer he started and before we knew it he was done. He also helped us hook up our dryer and leveled it for us and made sure that everything worked perfectly before leaving. He was absolutely great. Although the price was a bit higher than we wanted to pay it was still lower than some of the other quotes we recieved. I would use them again.

Description of Work: The service was great and the installation went smoothly. Was a little surprised that they installed a water heater that was being discontinued because of energy ratings -- would have preferred to have known beforehand.

Costs were in ballpark of other contractors, but customer service, responsiveness and professionalism pushed American Eagle far above the others I solicited for proposals.

Description of Work: They were unable to solve the problem, but charged for only for the service call. They recommended another plumber who was able to fix the blockage.
