Description of Work: The guys replaced a kitchen faucet and fixed the hot water valve in my spare bathroom. The job was done as expected and quicker than I thought it would take. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. These guys are a little more expensive but you pay for quality trusted work in my opinion which is why this is the second time I have used these guys and why I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Jon was very helpful and professional - first in giving us a price for installation of a whole house water filtration system we had purchased, and then giving us an alternative that was much more cost effective. He always showed up when expected, called to say he was coming and even called to follow up after installing the filtration system to be sure we were satisfied. Great job!

Description of Work: John installed a new outdoor faucet ( the old one was leaking and rusty ). |He used copper pipe which is great, and also added some mounting brackets. It's real solid now. Coupon was for $150, there was an additional charge of $85 for the brackets and extra distance he had to go from the basement to the exterior wall. I would use him again.

Description of Work: I contacted Jon from Angie's List and described the trouble with the toilet: you have to hold down the handle and count to 30 for it to flush! I had replaced the flapper 3x and he explained, "it's not the flapper that's the problem!" He recommended a toilet replacement, costing $200 for the 1.6 gallon toilet, and $200 for installation. I researched this offer and found it solid, so we set a date. Things changed when he arrived and inspected my bathroom: the toilet had been *set into the floor* and tiled around the base, so that pulling out the toilet would effectively initiate a $1,000+ project of re-doing the floor too. He explained my options, and recommended a toilet repair--costing $200. Rarely does a repair person talk himself out of a job, but this man did, to the benefit of his customer! I was very impressed and would trust this service in the future.
