Description of Work: Jon installed a new toilet. I was not surprised to learn the flange was broken, and Jon replaced it AND took away the old fixture. He's a personable and intelligent person and I recommend American Eagle.

Description of Work: Great work, great service. Even though the $150 service was valued at $370, I still ended up paying an additional $220 to get my existing plumbing up to code, adding a shut off valve inside my house and to replace my existing frost free faucet. All of which was in the fine print, but being a novice to this I didn't know what I had or did not have. Don't get me wrong I'm very happy with the work, I guess for paying $370 I wish I would have shopped around.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucet. The two plumbers had to cut into family room wall to get at faucet, so project cost me an extra $50. First faucet installed leaked so they had to replace. Said it was faulty. Nice guys, trying to make a name for themselves in a new business. When job was finished they left dirt/mud on my carpeted stairs which I was able to clean up without an issue. Faucet has been working fine.

Description of Work: We purchased the big deal for a outdoor water faucet replacement. When the appointment was made, it was made clear that a majority of homes need to have a wall cut into for access to the pipe and that there would be an additional charge. We understood this. The person showed up on time, performed the job and it seems to be working well. No complaints.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucet for a reasonable cost. Jon was very professional and quickly replaced an old outdoor faucet that leaked badly. We no longer have water dripping next to the foundation of our older home when we water outside. I would definitely use American Eagle Plumbing again.

Description of Work: The ad did not mention that there was a minimum service charge which then defeated the deal. Once I learned about this service charge I canceled the deal and got a refund. The service provider may be good but I did not use the service to give any kind of feedback regarding the quality of work as no work was performed.
