Description of Work: Deal was $15 towards a service call. We had a leak in our basement and needed someone to take a look. They weren't able to track it down - they thought it might be the roof. They were late but called to let us know the prior service call was taking longer than expected. Once they arrived, they were both very nice and took quite a bit of time trying to resolve the issue. We wound up having them do a couple small projects and they were quick and efficient and CLEAN.

Description of Work: They replaced our broken water heater, price included new high efficiency unit, installation, disposal of old unit, and bringing a few pipes up to code. Overall, he was very responsive and was great at communicating what needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Too much "small print" when purchasing these so called great deals. The dude shows up and starts talking about having to cut a hole on the inside wall to access pipe,I'd be on the hook for that task... another $100 or more... can't recall exactly, and the cost to repair the hole in the wall as well.. Turns out that step wasn't necessary as long as I agreed to assist the repair, which I did, so all was OK at that point. The whole deal seemed a bit weird, and much less straightforward than you're led to understand till they have your money. Also, I understand $150 is probably not a lot to pay for a plumber to show up, but on the other hand $150 for 15 min of work equates to $600/hour! Who makes $600 an hour?

Description of Work: Excellent job...replacing outside water faucet. Adam had to cut through wood panel and sheet rock to access outside faucet. The wood panel and sheet rock was replaced and the finished product looked great.

Description of Work: Replace out side hose spigot for $150.00 + $50.00 to cut a hole in the wall that only took about a minute to do which I thought was ridiculous.

Description of Work: repaired leaking toilet

Description of Work: They had to reset toilets after new tile was put in. They found out the tile people put the parts in backwards and by rectifying that, they saved me money. Very honest and professional. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Replaced leaky outdoor hose faucet. Extra payment was for installing a frost-free shut-off, which should work well to prevent leaking in the future. Happy with the result.
