On 2/6/13 when I came home late afternoon I found that my water heater had died and flooded the basement. Between mopping and trying to figure out what brand and who to have install the water heater, it ended up being too late at night to call anyone for info. I would have to wait until morning to be able to call anyone to find out prices and when I would be able to get it done. I was looking at buying the Angie's list deal for a water heater, but because it was a coupon thing I didn't know if I would have to wait to have it installed. So I called American Eagle plumbing to find out if I bought the coupon would I be able to get installed right away. I left a message and Jon called back around 10:30, after explaining the situation Jon said let me make some calls and I will get right back to you. Ten minutes later Jon called back and told me if I payed him instead of buying the coupon, he would let me have the same deal and he would be able to do it right away, but there would be a $40.00 delivery charge. I said no problem and after I gave him my address he said he could be over in half an hour. And sure enough a few minuets after 11:00 there he was and he went right to work. Before he did anything he explained everything he would need to do and why, because of the difference in the BTU's of my old heater and the new one, the venting had to be changed to bring it up to code. When he was done installing the new heater, Jon remove the old one, cleaned up, explained all the valves, how to light it safely, showed me the manual, asked if I had any questions and he was done and gone in less than an hour and a half. Jon was friendly, courteous, and very professional, I would highly recommend American Eagle plumbing to everyone. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience with Jon and American Eagle Plumbing.

He was professional and neat. The pop-up was $50 and the faucet handles were $300. The faucet handles price seemed a bit high, but it was done well.

mmHelped me a**** what I need to get done and, he walked with me through the entire house and all areas that needed the work. He checked all my plumbing work and helped fix few minor issues with out charge.

The company actually called me to schedule, which is a plus. The tech was punctual, but did not cover his boots so he tracked water across the floor. He was very polite and told me it would cost about $300 to bring the plumbing up to code in order to replace the faucet. I could not afford that at the time, so he offered to turn off the water, which he did. For my $48, I got the water turned off and an estimate.

The job was not fully completed, because of an issue with matching a fixture with the hole in the tile. While the plumber could not have prevented this issue, he installed the new housings crookedly, and generally was not helpful in working through new solutions to the problem.

Overall - had a small hitch with the orginal unit not fitting. Once we got a different unit - installation went smootly.

He replaced 2 faucets and performed a high quality service. It took him about two hours of work to get it done and I thought the price was pretty expensive. He came the same day I called.

They were straight forward, honest, and gave good advice.

On time, very fast and efficient. Cleaned up and were gone in less than 3 hours. Excellent service and price!

Overall, went well. Wasn't prepared for the extra $250, but seemed fair.

He was very efficient, prompt, courteous and for sure would use the company again.

The technician had to go through the inside of the house to repair the faucet. I am on my own to patch the 2x2 hole in the wall. That's fine, though, because they set expectations before they did the job that they would not repair the hole in the wall. All in all, the experience was good and I would use American Eagle again if I had to.

Company did the job and cleaned up within short time and to our satisfaction.

They did a great joband it was done in a very timely fashion. I had a coupon voucher which covered part of the bill, but the overage was $265 which I thought was a bit high. . .however, I would definitely go with them again.

It went very well. Jon came to my home the day after we spoke on the phone. I've never had such quick service. He was professional and listened to all my concerns, explaining the various choices.

He came out and did the work. I am happy with the service that I received. I was a little surprised by the limited amount of time that he was here, and for the price that I paid.

Jon Scheumann is the owner of American Eagle Plumbing. We made our original appointment for 10/31/12 at 8:00AM. We had forgot about an previous commitment that we made at the same time and let Jon know. He was more than happy to come out later and do the job.He did an excellant job for us! He was in and out within a couple of hours, and even pionted out a potential problem with a corrodid pipe that lead to the water heater that had statrted to leak. Jon got the correct measurements and ordered a water heater to fit our space. The installation went smoothly and we're very happy with the new WH.

I asked Jon to move the location of the water heater and he gave me the price for that immediately. He was done in 2 hours and I am very happy with his work. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Overall, the job was done very professionally. He was fast and friendly and did not leave a big clean up job after he was finished.

Used an Angie's List special for outdoor faucet replacement. When they arrived, he also offered to put in a new shutoff valve, which I needed. He had a very tough job, having to stand in a scrub sink at a bad angle. Despite all the challenges, he did amazing work. Truly excellent. His prices were way less than anyone else's bids for this kind of job. A really great company to work with. Everything was perfect. I could not be happier.
