He called to say he could be early and asked if it was okay - it was! He completed the first faucet quite quickly and then we talked about the other one and whether he had time that day - he did. He was very friendly, performed the work quickly and cleaned everything up. Great work!

They are okay. I paid $100 more for the permitting issue, which I wasn't aware of. They did recommend having a new updated valve put on in the house. I would use them again.

Installation of faucet was fine and works great. The coupon said he would inspect the rest of the plumbing, which was not done. He seemed a little distracted?? I emailed him a few weeks later to see if he could come to repair a different plumbing issue, but never got a response.

Went well. took about 11/2- 2 hours. See above.

I purchased the big deal. They were awesome. They only came out one time under the Angie's List deal. They replaced the faucet in about fifteen minutes and both guys were super professional. They were really good. They didn't charge anything extra for parts or anything. It was a good deal.

While he was at my house I thought I would have him hook up my stove. He charged me $215 for it. It does not correctly fit in the area. He said it was an install, but it was a reinstall. Instead of using the parts that came with the stove, he used some of the ones of his own and charged me for it. I bought the range at SEARS and they were only going to charge $170 and I would not have had to pay the tax. It was very expensive for what they did.

Excellent work on faucet. Made several recommendations during inspection, but did not push additional services.

The water pipe to the outside rises a little bit before it gets to the outside faucet. This made it hard to drain the all water from the pipe. Jon used a bicycle air pump that he had in the truck to force out the remaining water by pumping air into the petcock at the inside water shutoff valve. This worked! He said this is the first time that he ever tried it. After that he was able to use a torch to help remove the old faucet without having to cut into siding or sheetrock. The faucet is right behind an air conditioner. Jon had to work in tight quarters but did a great job. Jon also cleaned out a drain in a bathroom sink that had been draining very slowly.

The plumber did an amazingly beautiful job. He was very professional and very quick in his work. The plumber said on his way out the door that I got a "very good deal". This was because the job was much more difficult than originally thought. I would absolutely recommend the American Eagle Plumbing Company to anyone looking for a new plumber.

He arrived as expected, was very personable and did a great job! He explained why it was leaking and showed me what he had to replace and picked up after himself.

We purchased one of the Angie's Deal's to have American Eagle Plumbing come out and replace one of our water faucets outside. He was great to work with, showed up on time and was very quick and friendly. We would definitely look at having him back for future projects!

He came out very shortly after I contacted them. He also replaced my front faucet which was good. I paid him an additional charge for the extra but that was for work well done. He put a whole new faucet in from of my house and then there was part of the one in the back that wasn't covered and then he did something in my laundry room to a faucet in there, that was for the additional charge.

Jon and Joshua did an excellent job replacing the faucet and valves going to the washing machine. Their work was neat and thorough and certainly cost effective. We were impressed with Jon's honesty - rather than trying to sell us more services, he gave us options in doing some of the work at a later date. We would definitely hire American Eagle Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and neat work. I need to also point out that they were right on time with their appointment as well as so responsive to phone calls. A great up-and-coming young company!

They were great! Very knowledgeable, articulate, and professional. We have a very complex plumbing issue with an old house, but they explained how they could do it, and what our options were. They took time to carefully look at everything and explain it, which was really nice. We had had a previous estimate (that we didn't go with because it was outrageously high), and the American Eagle estimate was HALF that. I definitely think they are very reasonably priced for a reliable plumbing service. We decided not to do that job right now, but I would absolutely use them when we are ready to do it or have other problems.

Their web site says the offer a and quot;full line of servicesand quot;, so I purchased an angies list big deal offer for them to disconnect two radiators. When I called to set up the appointment they said they and quot;did not do radiators.

Jon was very professional and cordial. He was even able to move up my appointment, which was helpful as one of my children was graduating that evening. I was a little surprised by the costs, but haven't needed plumbing services in a while, so I think I'm likely out of touch with how much services cost these days. The work was completed very efficiently and Jon suggested a few other things that needed to be done. He kindly provided a quote for the other services.

Purchased a Big deal for American Eagle Plumbing, Inc. to do an inspecting of our plumbing. A faucet was leaking in the bathroom and my husband couldn't get the knob off. We had them do the work and the gentleman couldn't get the knob off so he cut it off. We had to replace the knobs after the leak was fixed. I don't think he did a thorough inspection, we thought the inspection was to include the inside and outside. When I went to water my plants the next day my outside faucet was leaking, so I don't think he checked everything. He gave us estimates for all the repairs to be done which seemed high.

They did exactly as they said they would do. They did a review of my plumbing and put together an estimate of some plumbing work I might need completed in the future. They were very knowledgeable. I would use them again.

The appointment went very well. All was done professionally and with attention to details. After completing the entire house plumbing inspection (that was offered in the deal), we discussed an action plan and estimated the costs of repair and/or upgrade. Great work! Exceeded my expectations!

American Eagle was great. They replaced 1 faucet that required a sheet rock cut. The new faucet has the integrated vacuum breaker in the spigot. Replaced the vacuum breaker on the other faucet and now it is also leak free. They did a great job and I will use them for future plumbing needs.

I was disappointed because he was not able to cover my circumstance. I should have called before purchasing. Now I'm out $49, and have to hire someone else who can do the entire job.

All went very well. Jon and his assistant were on time and very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They also gave good estimates on future work that we may want done as well as professional advice as to how long the work could wait. But what I liked best is Jon allowed my 3 year old son to watch him work and answered all of his questions. Zack loved it, it made his day!
