On time, quick and professional

The original booking date was cancelled at the last minute so we had to reschedule. I guess I felt like the deal was just to get in the door and find work to do. No extras, that's for sure.

Bought a coupon, $50 for $100 of services. Coupon said that company would call me the day after I bought the coupon to schedule a visit. No one called, so I called a week later to set something up. Eventually I spoke with John and told him that I wanted him to replace a kitchen sink, faucet and disposal with new parts that I had sitting in the garage. Our scheduled appointment was between 2 and 3pm; John arrived at the house just before 12:30pm, during the kids' lunch and while we had company over. The job seemed to be about a two-hour job for a professional, but John's quoted price was $432. I said this was too much and John said there was no leeway on the price. He charged me $100 for the visit and left, saying that my coupon was used up and we didn't owe anything extra. John was and quot;spaceyand quot; during the entire visit. Not sure what was going on with him. John is very young and seemed inexperienced. I would not contact this company again.

We knew that we need several things done but needed American Eagle to come out quickly, as we had leaking from tub drain ruining drywall in downstairs closet. Jon came out the next day after I called and looked at everything we needed done, providing an estimate for each step of jobs, keeping me informed of progress and if a part was or was not working. Carefully analyzed performance of each job by running water and observing conditions. The next day after our showers we discovered the new drain leaking slightly. Jon came out immediately after work and corrected the problem in a quick and courteous, no excuses type of way (it was a very small problem that was easily corrected). We are very happy to have our water working right again and would definitely use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. They were on time and courteous.

It's tight as he changed the system a little bit by changing the design so we wouldn't have problems in 10 years. He was very intelligent and is a very good plumber with quality service compared to others we have used. The only thing I have to add is that we purchased Big Deal for a faucet replacement and he would not apply that towards the job. He did say we could be refunded by Angie's List which they are doing, but I didn't understand why he couldn't have just added on the extra costs for additional materials and labor to the Big Deal.

Jon is very prompt, professional, meticulous and thoughtful. There is one set fee for changing out the faucet and I thought he did a great job. He also worked very hard to change out a very stuck aerator on another faucet and I felt that he really took his time to do a good job. Would definitely hire him again for our plumbing needs.

He was on time, good at work, eager to help and explain things in detail. Work was professional and it has been more than 30 days and things are working fine for me.

The service was excellent, it was a positive experience. Everything went as planned. They were timely, and able to honor the coupon. I have no complaints.

I had an excellent experience with American Eagle Plumbing. I called them Monday afternoon and Jon came out Wednesday afternoon. He assessed the situation (old pipes getting clogged by rust that run to my kitchen sink and dishwasher, no hot water) made recommendations on what could be done and what it would cost, and asked what I wanted to do and if I wanted the work done that day. We decided what I wanted done and he got straight to work. He was courteous, personable, respectful, efficient, and clean. You couldn't tell he had been in my kitchen after he left. I would have American Eagle Plumbing come back if needed and would recommend them. It is so nice to have hot and cold clean water in my kitchen again. Thanks!

The experience was good. Everything turned out well.

The package that was purchased was to replace one outdoor faucet plus do a plumbing inspection. After talking with him he showed us the type of faucets we had and the two different options we would have to replace them. He was very thorough and up front about what the extra costs would be above the package price and gave us a discount since we were replacing three faucets instead of just one. He did a great job on the work and showed us everything he did when he was finished explaining that there may still be some slight dripping from the faucets when there is pressure in the line which prevents back-flow into the house. He was very courteous and professional and we would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Very nice person and willing to ago the extra mile and came back to our home a second time to replace the laundry faucets that were put in illegally. He is professional and has excellent workmanship. We highly recommend and will be using this company again for any plumbing needs.

Jon came out to replace our outdoor faucet from the deal we purchased. While he was there we asked him to look at our master shower that was leaking into our kitchen below. Jon was so careful and was able to replace a new shower valve without having to cut into the shower, all through a 5 inch opening! We can't thank him enough, no more water dripping on the kitchen table. I would highly recommend American Eagle Plumbing and will call again if we have future problems.

Work was done professionally. Shut off valve broke when turning off water to replace faucet. New shutoff valve replaced free. I would consider using again with more creative pricing on multiple jobs.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. It was good but I thought it was actually for anti-freeze faucet and it wasn't so I had to pay extra for it. This was my first time using them. Just make sure that you read the certificate before you buy the deal. I could have sworn that the anti-freeze faucet was in the webpage but when I went and reread the certificate that I got, it wasn't on there. He was nice, he didn't make a big mess.

I scheduled an appointment after purchasing an Angie's List coupon for a new outdoor faucet. He arrived on time, was very professional, answering all of my questions with great care. The new outdoor faucet and indoor shutoff valve were installed quickly with no issues.

The waste water line from the kitchen was leaking at a joint as well as from a temporary fix tape job from the last owner where the pipe had rusted through. The water line into the water heater had a slow leak at a soldered joint. I called Jon around 10:30 a.m. Friday morning and he was the first company to answer the phone. He was able to come out the same day since he'd be driving by my town on the way back from his morning job. He arrived around noon, inspected the two leaks, checked out the other pipes in the area in case there were leaks I missed, gave me his estimate and said his tools are in the truck if I wanted to get started. I hired him on the spot since another company I talked to on the phone gave a rough estimate that they'd charge $250 per task and Jon was already here ready to go. He even gave me $50 off for the Angie's List deal he had at that time. He ended up replacing the section of waste water line with PVC as seems to be today's standard. And the water heater line was a swap out including new shutoff valve with copper pipe. He cleaned up after himself and might have even left our utility room better than before. I still can't believe a company with a staff of one could go from phone contact to completed job in less than five hours. Thanks, Jon!!

American Eagle Plumbing was overpriced. The actual service was good but when he came out and wuoted me for other repairs, he was way overpriced. He was very informative. If I had to use him, I would but I would try to find someone in my price range.

Jon was great over the phone and showed up on time. Started out ok but then took a turn. I run an in home daycare and as he was working he left tools by the door or in the hallway in our main room where the little one's were playing. I had to keep the kids away from his tools all the time and this was not even the area he was working in. The and quot;Great Dealand quot; was for $99.00 for replacement/fix of outside faucets and complete home plumbing inspection. He only looked at the one outside faucet and never checked the other one. He had to cut into my interior laundry room wall to get to the pipes and that was fine, but he then threw away the entire piece of sheetrock with wall paper on it so I am left with a 12and quot; x 12and quot; hole in my wall with insulation. I expected him to leave the cut out square so I could at least cover the hole and repair it without having to purchase another sheet of sheetrock and redo the entire wall. I had to ask him if he would check some inside plumbing and he acted like it was an inconvenience to him. He did look at my upstairs main bathroom sink and said it would probably cost more to fix it than purchasing a complete new faucet. I said ok, you are in this business and no offer to replace it or anything for a fee???? Then I told him about my slow flushing toilet in the master bath and as it flushed ok for him (I had just plunged it before going to work), he said there was nothing he could see that was wrong with it. I explained that it had to be plunged every other flush. I then got a very lengthy explanation about how a toilet is made and that it would cost me an additional $75.00 - $100.00 for him to snake it to make sure it was clear and it was not worth it. So now I continue to plunge every other day. Good job Jon, NOT. I definitely will not use him again nor refer him to anyone. The was not a and quot;Great Dealand quot; and not worth the $99.00 that I paid for it.

He arrived on time, replaced one faucet for the $99 Angieslist deal price. The second one cost $400, which seemed high for how long it took. While inspecting the plumbing he discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. While repairing it and replacing drain pipes another pipe sprung a leak. He did a great job, but it definitely cost more than I expected. I could have elected not to do the second outdoor faucet and saved a lot of money.

It took two sessions, but the leak in the wall is gone and the water coming out of the faucet isn't rusty anymore. John cleaned up after himself well, and provided good advice on other plumbing issues that may not need to be done by a plumber.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. We bought the deal, contacted the guy, scheduled a time, he showed up as expected and did the installation. It all went fine. He was polite and competent. Everything works. He did the deal as agreed so that was good. We didn't need the hot water in an emergency, we just wanted it to get replaced because it has gotten very old. I paid an extra $100 because other than installing the hot water heater, part of the vent that came off with the heater was a 3-inch and now it needed to be 4-inch and so he did a replacement for that to bring it up to code. I will use him again for a toilet installation.
