I purchased a coupon and the provider let me know they don't actually do the work I need. Despite specifying clogged drains as a service call option, Jon says he doesn't do kitchens (he will confirm this for you). Jon was very polite and timely in his responses. But, I was still left with a bad taste in my mouth for what I see as false advertising. Here's the info on the coupon "$32 for a Plumbing Service Call and Whole House Plumbing Inspection! It ended up he found something with my hose spigot that wasn't up to code and he fixed this for an extra $300 or so. Also I almost bought a real expensive toilet, that I decided I wasn't ready to buy.

It went great! On time, good work. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended American Eagle Plumbing, Inc. to others when asked for a recommendation for a plumber.

Total cost would've been $275, but we had an Angies List coupon. Mr. Schuemann was prompt, professional, and I would readily hire him again!

I contacted Jon (owner)of American Eagle Plumbing, and explained that I had an Angie's List coupon to repair an outside faucet. We setup an appointment for 8:00a on 9/27. We also discussed that I had two leaky shower faucets that I would like Him to look at. Jo, called 10 minutes before he arrived at 8:00a on 9/29 to let me know he was coming. When he arrived he inspected the jobs, told me he could do the, would need to get the parts for the shower faucets, explained to me that he need to shut the water to the entire house off, the timing, and the cost. He the proceeded to replace the outside faucet and install the cutoff valve. He then went and got the parts for the shower faucets and did the repair. After the repairs were complete, we tested to ensure no more drips. Jon took a minute and told me to make sure I drain the outside faucets for the winter. He presented me a written invoice and we took are of the payment. Jon was professional and personable. The quality of workmanship was great and it was a referable experience.

He could not finish the job because the countertop in my house had unusual holes, which the new faucet would not accommodate. The countertop needs to be replaced.

I was very pleased with the work performed and how conscientious Jon was in his work.

I had John out first when one of our toilets was leaking down through the floor into our lower level every time it was flushed. John fixed that mess nicely. I called him back a month or two later to proactively deal with our other two toilets and also some sink maintenance. I plan to put these dang toilets on a 5-year maintenance cycle going forward...

The service turned out fine. The man who came out looked around and everything was fine. There was nothing negative or positive that stood out to me about the experience. I used the big deal right away after I purchased it and there was no extra charge other than the coupon. He looked around at my issues and it turned out that the thing I was most concerned about would require a different kind of specialist. He also actually came early. The price that he quoted me seemed a little high but it was fairly standard for plumbing.

went well. Got the deal thru an Angie's list special so it was a great savings. Since my hot water heater was over it's life expectancy by a few years and had started making noises, I decided to just swap it out. He showed up when scheduled and did a fine job of replacing it. No problems since.

He was prompt, polite, and informative, instructing me as to the nature of the problem and my options for taking care of it. There was a risk of damage in the attempt to fix, and he informed me of the chances and potential cost. Fortunately, nothing broke as he wrenched off the bad fitting, and there was no additional cost. When I asked him to address another problem, he also explained that situation and gave me costs and options. He was efficient and we're 100% satisfied.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Everything is up to date and in working order. We were very satisfied with the results.

I purchased a big deal from them. He did get to the appointment early and called when he was coming. However, he wanted to charge us extra for other work that we did not need at this time. We have chose someone else to have the work done.

They found and fixed a couple of things (one leak and one malfunctioning drain stopper). They did a good job and the dude was nice to my dog.

He showed up early, did the work quickly and professionally, and cleaned up everything. Very professional, and great to work with. Even gave me some good tips to avoid it from happening again in the future!

Jon arrived to perform the outdoor faucet replacement on time. Unfortunately, my leak is inside the home, with no access to the plumbing without cutting into the sheet rock. Based on the evasiveness, we decided not to proceed with the work. However - Jon was very professional and gave several alternatives, including cost/time/etc. I would certainly use the company for work in the future.

Jon spent a lot of time redoing the venting so it would all be correct and to code. The water heater replacement went smoothly. We were very satisfied with his work.

John arrived early and looked at my faucet. Offered several options, but best one was to replace the faucet. Unfortunately, the outside wall was opposite a finished basement room. He needed to open the wall to reach the pipe (the wall needed some repair anyway). He charged an extra $65 to do that (which I had no problem with).

Great guy. Professional. Great work. Cleaned up well. Very pleased

It was very good. He showed up right on time and did everything I asked him to do that's why we ended up doing a little more than what I had originally intended because I liked what he was doing so I asked him to do a few other things. He did it all in a very short time and the work was done great and I thought the price was reasonable.
