The service was great; they installed the electric water heater. They were on time and efficient with getting the job done.

Called the company and they informed me that they do not service floor drains, but did provide recommendation for another plumbing company that did. Experience was very positive. I need refund since this company doesnt provide floor drain service.

We used our Angie's list voucher and he showed up very promptly. He spent some time looking at our plumbing issues and made good recommendations. He didn't do the work because we are eventually going to redo it anyway but he was very helpful.

The provider was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We were located somewhat out of the normal geographic area they serve.

It went very smoothly and professional. The work was done, showed me what was done and cleaned up after them. If ever in need of a plumber I will be using them again. I asked for his business cards to hand out.

We had agreed, when Steve came last, he would return. The reason was we wanted a shower door replaced in our downstairs bathroom and had not purchased the door at that time. Steve repaired the smaller items we wanted done and, when he went to install the shower door, the provider had given me one that was smaller than I had asked for. I returned the shower door and Steve went to another job. He said he would return that day if he could get his other job done in time. He did in fact return at 4:30 that afternoon and got the shower door installed. I could not believe that he returned and worked almost 4 more hours to get that job done. He also fixed a door latch that I was unable to make fit. Steve is a great guy, willing to work with you and very knowledgeable about home repairs. There is no question I will use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

American Eagle Plumbing was prompt at getting in touch with me. They were professional and courteous. I decided not to do the work at this time, so am looking to cancel the Angies List Deal.

Went well. He waited for me even though I was late. Was professional, friendly and worked quickly. My faucet is sturdy and installed properly. Looks great!

My experience went very well. We had used the company several times in the past and would recommend them to others.

The gentleman from the company was very nice however he did not write anything down as we went along to see all the projects. At the end of the session, which I paid $50.00 for $100.00 deal for this company with what I believed to have a free estimate, he came up with a number and I didn't agree with some of his ideas (although I am not a plumber). Because he seemed knowledgeable and I had purchased the deal I book the appointment but then had a family emergency so I gave them a call to cancel. Now all the sudden the certificate (deal) I purchased through Angie's List has been redeemed, he was given the $100 dollars for the estimate and no work done. At the time of cancellations he did not tell me that the estimate would cost or did he elude to having a cancellation policy, he seemed fine with my call.

John was early and ready to go. He quoted me a price and stuck to that price. He worked quietly and efficiently, and got done quickly. Quality of work was great!

Jon was prompt and not only arrived on time but called ahead to let me know he was in transit. The installation was done quickly and in a professional manner. Ron laid down drop cloths to keep carpet clean. For a small charge he removed old toilet. Overall I was pleased with the work and the price.

Jon was on time for the job. He was professional and personable. He explained what needed to be done and didn't mind answering my questions. He quoted the price for both jobs in the beginning and didn't deviate from it. He put down drop cloths to protect the areas and cleaned up after himself. Super smart guy about plumbing and knows how to work with people.

They were great. They did what I asked them to do. They were pretty quick about it and the price wasn't that bad.

Water pipes were replaced on the spot! No waiting or return visit required. We are very happy with the services and will continue to use American Eagle.

They were easy to work with and knowledgeable, up until the final step... They completed work on a Friday, and when I came home, I thought I smelled gas. I chalked it up to the knowledge that they had been working with the gas to connect it and correct piping. On Monday our handyman came out to fix something and he smelled gas. We ended up calling Xcel Energy. They found that the gas lines to the water heater and the wall heater were not connected properly and there was a severe gas leak - the meter measuring gas saturation read 100%. Xcel corrected the problem. I am grateful that we did not end up with a more serious problem.

The old valve stem was hard to get out, but everything went well after that.

Took a week to get a service call but he showed up at the appointed time. Originally wanted $350 to install but he lowered it to $150.

My neighbor and I did some bathroom remodeling and I realized that you get what you pay for. So I decided to bring a professional out. I purchased a 1957 home with original plumbing and purchased a $32 big deal for a whole house inspection. I also had a plugged upstairs toilet. Jon made some recommendations as I want to get everything up to code. I am unsure of how the prices compare. As a new home owner everything seems expensive, then again, you get what you pay for. He seems very honest and thorough and I will likely be hiring him to finish the complete upgrade.

In effort to utilize time wisely for all parties, I proactively contacted American Eagle Plumbing to find out what I can do upfront to make it easier for the work to be accomplished other than remove all items around and under the units experiencing issues. I was told thanks and advised that access to the water valves were needed. I responded I don't know if there are water valves for the faucets under the sink. I had a sign that I ignored that things would not go as expected. II was Immediately informed that water valves are needed and could be installed during their visit. 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time, a call was received that they would be 1/2 hour late due to traffic. They did in fact arrive at my residence and frac12; hour later than the scheduled appointment time. Of course during the time the plumbers were at my residence, the toilet did not perform its usual random fill. The guy appearing to be in charge instructed the other guy to go get a packet so that it could be validated that there was in fact an issue with the toilet. He stated that he believed me that there was an issue with the toilet. Are you kidding me? Seriously - would anyone take time off work to address a perceived issue for no reason? If so I am not one of them! My time is my most valuable resource. Nevertheless without any visual of the issue, the plumber proceeded with his recommendations for resolution which was that I would need to either have the toilet rebuilt or purchase a new toilet noting that to rebuild the toilet would be about the same expense of a new one. My residence will be 8 years old September 2014 so I did challenge that. Then he moved on to the faucet that again the recommendation for resolution for a dripping faucet was to rebuild. Based on the fact that I am going to replace the fixtures in the bathroom soon, I advised that I was not going to pay the expense to have the faucet rebuilt and would be purchasing new ones.. I was provided estimates for both replacing the toilet and to install 2 new vanity faucets, then strangely I was asked to sign the estimate which I refused. NEVER heard of anyone providing an estimate request that the potnetial customer sign. What an unfortunate waste of my time and resources Tuesday morning.. By the way the Management Company for our Association has a handyman that I used last year when this exact issue was experienced with the rarely utilized toilet in my guest bathroom. He was able to repair with minimal costs and I have not experienced any issues since the repair nor was his recommendation to rebuild the toilet or purchase a new one!. P.S. When I asked about the results of the packet, findings were that it was never used. I was asked if I wanted them to do the test and by this time I was so over it. I responded 'No - never mind'.

A whole house plumbing inspection was done, which was part of a big deal that also included replacing an outdoor faucet.
