The repair went very well, no problems, he had what he needed on his truck. This was a simple repair for a professional but one that I knew I could not tackle due to the number of the parts that needed to be replaced. I had purchased a and quot;coupon dealand quot; from Angie's list which reduced my price by $50.00 so I actually only paid $125.00 for their service. I would definitely use American Eagle Plumbing again.

The company did not do the work I wanted done. Apparently they do not clean kitchen drains. This should have been more apparent on their coupon deal. I am waiting for a refund on the coupon I purchased.

The entire process went well. Jon is very pleasant to work with and he is very responsive. He has a lot of patience and takes time to explain things to you. He is also very straight about his prices. He knows them and he will provide a quote to you with clarity. I gave him A on everything except for his labor rates. I don't know what is good or bad. I just felt it was and quot;Fairand quot;. So please don't take my input on the price but you can always shop around and get quotes from others. Overall, You won't be disappointed in working with Jon.

Jon Scheumannn was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and a very pleasant young man. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and provided options including the pros and cons of each so I felt I could make an informed decision. There was no pressure to choose more expensive options. Although the initial order was to fix the leaking faucet, Jon went above and beyond to fix my outside faucet without an extra charge. All repairs are working perfectly. I was so worried about hiring a plumber after hearing horror stories from other widows but was very pleased with the service provided by American Eagle Plumbing. I live in a very old home and anticipate many plumbing issues down the road. I will always use American Eagle Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and recommend this service to all my friends.

The plumber found time to schedule my son's appointment between other jobs within a couple of days. He arrived on time and solved my son's plumbing problem. There were a couple of other issues that the plumber advised my son to repair himself and he even gave him tips on what and where to buy to complete the job.

I was very pleased with the workmanship, honesty and how hard he worked from the time he was here until he finished. The first two problems were quickly corrected, but the ceiling leak required some major cutting of the plaster. Jon attempted to fix it the cheaper way, but that failed and he was very forth coming about what my next options were. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. My husband, who has done a fair amount of plumbing in the past was very impressed and feels we'd made the right choice in hiring American Eagle Plumbing.

Jon was quick and thorough. It's an older house, so there was a bit of additional work to do inside, including the addition of a new shut-off valve. Everything was completed and the new faucet is working perfectly.

The phone call went fine. However, the plumber did not specialize in the work I wanted done. He sounded like he would be a good fit for other projects, however.

It took a little haggling about my desired schedule to do the plumbing job, considering their busy schedule and my urgent need to stop the leak. Contractor agreed to squeeze his schedule in a few days to accommodate my insistent demand - which is appreciated. Contractor showed up as promised with an advanced notice/call that he was on the way. Everything worked perfectly to my satisfaction. He even gave me a quotation for a plumbing repair that I was planning in the near future without any extra charge. I would certainly recommend him to other customers.

I purchased $100 of plumbing service for $50. When I made the purchase I was allowed to select 3 different preferred service times which I did. I waited couple days and never heard from anybody to confirm a time. After I re-read the confirmation email I noticed at the bottom they wanted me to contact them instead. So I called them to schedule. I was told they didn't have any time to unclog my bathtub until 5 days past my preferred selections. I guess it was my fault for not contacting them sooner. I finally arranged a time for the following week. On the day of my appointment I arranged to leave work early to be home for my appointment. I received a phone call shortly before the appointment from the plumber stating that he had to go to a different city 25 miles from me first to install a water heater so he wouldn't be able to make it to my house until at least 4:00. Priorities right. The problem beside already rearranging my work schedule was my child had to be to dance rehearsal by 4:15 so there was no way to meet the plumber at my house and get there in time. That is why I scheduled it earlier. I told him that I could not stick around that late and he told me that the next time he could come out to do the work then was the following week. He said that I could leave him a key to get in and do the job while I was out. I don't like doing that. Now it's already been over a week since my initial purchase of the service and the bathroom is starting to smell of mildew because of the stagnant water so I wanted it done now. I had to scramble and get my father-in-law to come to my house to await his arrival to let him in and show him to the drain. The whole experience just wasn't what I had expected from a reputable company. The drain was cleared by the time I got home so ultimately I got what I paid for. It just seemed like I wasn't a priority to the company. Maybe because I bought their service with a coupon and there wasn't a ton of money to be made by taking care of me. I'm sure the water heater customer was more profitable and the other people lined up for the next week if I was to reschedule were too. In my mind offering a coupon like this on Angie's List is to get your name out to more people and hopefully sell them more of your services. Maybe when they floated it out there they weren't expecting someone to only need 1 hour or less of time and not using it toward a huge project. Funny thing is I have a shower head and a faucet that need repair that I was going to ask for a quote on even up to the morning of my service day. But after my appointment was delayed to service another customer and then offering to come back a week or so later was not what I am looking for in a company I hire. This was just my experience. I'm sure if I caught them in a slower time for business things would have gone different.

He gave me several options for how to solve the problem. I decided to lose the disposal rather than start ripping out sheetrock to see if we could lower the junction point. The work was done well and quickly.

Assesed options and tried cheapest option first, got lucky and it worked in less than an hour. Unscrewed old spigot, cut pipe, re-threaded, screwed on new spigot. I would use again but discuss pricing ahead of time.

Good evaluation and overview for house we just moved into. Provided an estimate for some minor problems. Would give him a call again if/when we need work done.

Everything went smoothly. They were punctual and polite and I trusted their advice.

Jon and his assistant came for a leak in my kitchen sink. He showed me what the problem was and suggested options on replacing outdated pipes He in turn replaced all of the pipes and updated them, I now have more space under my sink. Naturally, he cleaned up everything.

Fast/immediate response on my inquiry. Give me his current Angies List deal on water heater replacement as part of the total quote. Was able to come out immediately and make the fixes. Found a few extra items I wasn't aware of. Added on a couple fixes at my request on top of the original quote. Top notch job from beginning to end. They also manage to avoid a sales pitch on and quot;maintenance/service contractand quot; that so many plumbers/HVAC guys seem to want to try to sell you on these days... really appreciated that. Honest pay for honest work - no extra sales pitch.

The quote was extremely high after getting another quote from a different service provider.

It was OK. Whole issue is this: He couldn't come to our house for eight days; our problem requires fixing prior to that, and I had to find another provider, which I did.

Jon was professional and personable. He called about 1/2 hr before his scheduled service time to advise he was running a half hr late due to snow storm (I appreciate proactive communication). He arrived at 8:30 am and completed the installation of the new water heater in the time he committed in advance. He removed the old water heater and did a great job cleaning up the area when he was done. While here, I asked him to look at a leaking kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet that didn't always flush properly. He took care of both in quick order. He will be our plumber for all our future needs.

Installer showed up and provided a quote for the work to be completed. Perfomed work as asked quickly. We had to reschedule the time he would come out because of trouble at other jobs. The installer called before the date to indicate the issues he was having at another site. I had already taken the time off at work and so this was a little disappointing and wish they would have additional capacity to handle such unforseen site issues. Once the work began I thought things went very well and quick. No issues so far! I would use them again. Seem very competent and easy going.
