I am a DIY type and don't often hire professional technicians, so my review is based on limited experience. Jon from American Eagle Plumbing was the plumber who arrived. I was able to get an appointment on less than one day notice on the Friday before Christmas. He showed up on time, was professional and courteous. I had attempted to connect a new sink prior to calling. A helper and I had spent 4 days and 10 trips to the store before calling. Jon diagnosed the situation, started from scratch, and had the sink and dishwasher re-connected and installed a new garbage disposal in about 3 hours. His work did not leak! Of course being a DIY homeowner, the price was higher than I would have liked, but I was presented options before he began the work. I decided that Jon's recommendations were best, so I was the decision-maker. Even being as cheap as I am, I would highly recommend American Eagle Plumbing.

Excellent work despite difficulty in access under sink . Identified we had a slow water leak due to issue with stop valves and replaced those before any damage to floor or wall. Clear pricing model by job type rather than hours etc

Hired them for replacing a leaky shower valve but they found some additional things that needed to be done. The work was completed as agreed upon. I would recommend getting a price and shopping around if time permits.

Every thing was great until the job was completed and I was told my bill was x amount.......however if I paid a monthly fee for a year of ( 15.00?) It would only be x amount. I was turned of by that however it got worse....then I was told I could/ should buy a product to clean my drains for $150.00....that number I didn't forget. I had asked for a plumber not a salesperson and with all the elder scams going on today I paid my Bill and called it quits.

Charged me $59 to tell me it would cost $287 to install which included a $25 coupon discount. He estimated it a 2 hour job. I paid the $59 and sent him on his way and installed it myself in 30 minutes.

Josiah was professional, honest and friendly. We appreciated his thoroughness and the options he offered. Our first-ever experience with a plumber in our new old home proved to be a good one!

The responsiveness was outstanding. I called around 1:00 pm and had a new water softener installed the same day. The plumber was very polite.

You do not get a wide amount of choice in bathtub faucet and shower fixtures, but that can be good as it makes it less overwhelming. The work was done quickly and well. The leak was fixed. I appreciated that the plumber went for the less drastic "fix" first, and that worked.

Job was done and very neat young plumber was getting ready to leave when I, the dumb, gullible, non-thinking victim, flushed the upstairs toilet. And what should come down through the ceiling but another flood (clean water this time)! So back to square one. A nice neat rectangle of drywall ceiling was removed, the split drain pipe connecting the toilet to functional drain pipe was removed and replaced, the room's 2-bulb light fixture was somehow broken, the mess was nicely/neatly cleaned up, and I was left to find somebody to replace ceiling drywall and paint. American Eagle himself appeared promptly within a day or 2 to replace light fixture that did not exactly fit over original electrical outlet box (more work for drywall person).

The drain works, but the plumber kept trying to upsell us. Fixing things that don't need repair and selling products that we don't need. There is an art to fixing an older home, and we regret not going with a company who understands working in an urban neighborhood and maintaining a modest home. We have had similar work done for 1/3 of the price.

The plumber did a good job, but it's way too expensive than I expected. It costed me $772 to change two faucets and three shut off valves ( I provided the two faucets). The plumber did tell me the price when he came to my house and saw what need to be done, I could have said no after hearing the price... They charge $60 to just come and give a quote, and then charge by job. I don't think I'll use them again...

It was amazing. From the moment I contacted American Eagle Plumbing until the plumber left, the entire experience was outstanding. I was given a 4 hour window for the appointment and the office called and asked if the plumber could come early. He arrived 90 minutes before the scheduled window. They also provide a bio and photo of the plumber before he arrives. The pricing was great and the job was amazing. They have an awesome guarantee. They have become my go to company for Plumbing. The plumber Josiah was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to talk about what repair options were possible.

Everything went very well. I am beyond impressed with Josiah's professionalism. He arrived to the job an hour early in order to set up his work environment and meet the city, who had to come out and turn off the water. He did an amazing job. I would absolutely hire him/them again. He is always in a great mood, and a great advocate and face for the company. I will probably always stick with American Eagle plumbing for all of my needs. American Eagle Plumbing responded promptly to my request for plumbing service. Jon was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. Schedulers kept me updated with when he would likely get to my house. I loved that Jon sent a text that included his picture before he arrived. He was a good communicator, knowledgeable, efficient, and thoughtful in every aspect of his service delivery - from providing estimate, showing me section of corroded pipe that needed to be removed, cleaning up the area where he was working, and showing me how to work the new shut off valves. I highly recommend Ametican Eagle Plumbing if you are ever in need of a plumber!!

A water leak on the ceiling, which Jon accurately diagnosed as originating from the upstairs toilet. He was very patient and kind through the process of explaining everything to us, and swiftly replaced the toilet.

Was very professional in their work and above average in caring about cleaning up as work progressed. My only complaint was in efforts to sell additional products - bacterial drain cleaner and service contract.
