There was not a problem. He had everything prepped, so it went pretty fast.

Installation went just fine. We had some mis-communication regarding what the Angie's List deal was good for. I had purchased a deal and asked him if I could put it toward the installation of a few faucet (which I had already purchased and had on-hand). It was my understanding he said it could be used for installation. Once he was on-site he said it couldn't be used towards that. Anyway, other than that, installation went fine. Faucet still works great nearly 2 years later.

The price was fair and when he thought was going to be late for an appointment he called me and let me know. He also looked at other projects that would need to be done so that I could plan for them.

I purchased a $150.00 deal for installation of a new outside faucet. The old one broke off when ice d*** removers tried to use it in below zero weather. It was 60 years old. Took about ten minutes to install the outside faucet and short run of new copper pipe and new shutoff valve. The shutoff valve was 65.00 extra, but the old was was half broken and difficult to turn. It's been a wet spring, but so far the faucet is working great!

It was OK. He fixed something but the labor cost was a bit expensive. The water was dripping under my kitchen sink so he fixed something under there. He said that there was a leak fro the faucet and we had to replace the faucet. We had a handy man who was doing some work for us and we made him do it instead. We went to a different person, we only made him fix the sink because we thought the labor was too expensive with him. I would give them a 'B' overall. If they don't offer coupons, I might not use them in the future.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. They completed the work in about fifteen minutes and cleaned up well. It was a pretty good experience.

came, fixed, left...excellent prompt service...also noticed the water heater was leaking and told us about angie's list ongoing deal for a new heater. we are purchasing that and have him installed

They were very professional and clearly knew all the regulations. I appreciated how quickly and cleanly they got the job done.

He came out to look at the job and said that it wasn't doable.

He was very personable, and professional. He was also informative as to what his theories were for the problem I was having.

It was not a good experience. He came out to look at the work and then we did not hear from him in 10 days. He had to come back twice to complete the work. He left two holes in the wall from the installation and kind of walked away from it. He also did not tell us until after he completed the work about the holes. It ended up being very expensive in the end.

Jon contacted me almost immediately and set an appointment date and time. He called on the scheduled date to explain he was delayed but still arrived within an hour of the scheduled time, which was great - I know plumbing is not an exact science. Jon knew exactly what he was doing. He needed to open a finished ceiling to do the job right. His work was clean and exact. His work really couldn't have been better. Impressive young man. I'm a very happy customer!

It went very well. No complaints. Very good work and a personable plumber.

I was completely unprepared for the service provider, however, he was able to complete the job extremely quickly anyway. No more leaks...extremely happy...will definitely use them for future work!!

I got in touch with jon, who was able to get me in at during the week. he showed up early, diagnosed it as a simple issue. It turned my facet wasn't in need of replacement at all. My issue was with my hose needing a washer. He just put it right in and the gushing water problem was all fixed. He was here for only a few minutes.

He was very personable and kind, but they couldn't come out until June 17.

The guys showed up on time and move along quickly. They cleaned up everything and did a nice job.

Jon was fabulous! I called him to make an appointment, he happened to be in the area and in between appointments. He was at my home in ten minutes. He was all done in1/2 an hour. I know it was a small job but his responsiveness was outstanding and quality of work was outstanding.

When contacting them to schedule the appointment, they were not able to get to us quick enough. We are just requesting a refund.

Installing the bathroom faucets was quickly done, but the valves leaked - he replaced them. Installing the water line to the new refrigerator was trickier than expected and he had not planned to do it. Luckily, he made the time and got it working. Excellent work, very professional, very helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

My project was more involved than I could ever imagine. They thoroughly explained the current situation and what options I had to get to the outcome I wanted. They were very honest with what work they could perform, and where I would need to get a different type of contractor involved as well. I truly appreciated the honest, non-pushy advice. They gave me quotes on the spot as to what work they could perform. I have placed my project on the back burner for now until I can get all my duckies (contractors) in a row. Although I have not yet had any work performed by American Eagle Plumbing, I would not hesitate to do so.

Everything went find. He was great and we would have him back again.

I bought the and quot;dealand quot; American Eagle Plumbing, Inc. offered which was something like pay $50 for $100 of service. I had him come out to install a laundry room sink and faucet which were brand new in the box. All he had to do was remove the existing sink and faucet and replace with the new ones. It took him about 45 minutes to complete the work and then told me that he normally charges $450 for that service. He took off the $100 from his and quot;dealand quot; and I had to spend $400 ($450-$100 +$50) for 45 minutes of work. The work he did was very good, but the price was FAR too high for the service performed.
