I still have a leak that I am going to fix myself or get a handyman to fix. This $50 for 100 deal is a complete scam. I basically paid $50 for a 1/2 hour of work and was told that any more work would cost me $200. Never ever get this. Oh yes, and I was told no warranty - which I can believe since the incorrect issue was fixed. I would not go back again anyway.

Good only took him about 40 minutes. I had a quote done for this when I hired a different plumber for something else it was for frost free which I didn't do today but don't think it included a new valve and that quote was for $650 obviously I thought that was ridiculous. I think the $250 was very fair. So I'm happy and will call them again if I need plumbing work in future (but I hope I don't though!) i don't know if i really needed to do the new valve he suggested it. I did it as figured cheaper to do it now than in future that part of the job was $100. I didn't feel pressured to do it which I appreciated.

The service turned out very well. They came when they were scheduled to do the work. The guy that came did a good job and he took care of the work quickly. He was congenial to work with.

Provider sent e-mail and number. I called him and left message, with no response. Called again and was told that he can not fit me in before two weeks. I have a sink with standing water, so told him I would have to cancel.

There was water leaking signs under both bathroom sinks, so I called the plumber. For one sink, the plumber identified the issue was with the valve and water line, so he was trying to replace them. It was a flowtight valve and difficult to remove. It took him a little while and the valve didn't come off. Therefore, he decided to cut the copper pipe instead and then install a new valve. I was fine with this option since it did seem difficult to take off the valve. For the other sink, I was hoping him to identify the source of the leak, but at the time of the service, there was no water leak at all. The plumber replaced the water line and valve anyhow as a precaution. Then, he went on to work on the slow water fill issue of the toilet. He cut the copper pipe again for installing a new stop valve before I knew it. Unfortunately, there was water leak after the new stop valve was installed. He had to cut more copper pipe in order to re-install the stop valve. However, after the first cut, there is not enough copper pipe to cut, and therefore he proposed to cut the dry wall to put a new copper pipe. I certainly didn't want to go that route because it will significantly increase the work effort and cost. Glad that he eventually figured out a way to make it work without cutting into the dry wall. The whole service lasted about 1.5 hours (it may last less than 1 hour if he did not run into the drywall problem), and the cost was $385. The plumber gives you a cost estimate before doing the projects. But the cost does appear on the high side. For this type of regular plumbing service, it is probably good to ask plumbers who get paid by time instead of by projects. There is one thing I am not happy with. After the service, I noticed I was charged for the material cost. However, I actually provided the water lines and valves myself. Later on I contacted the plumber and brought this up, but he said those have been accounted for.

Service was prompt and professional. Definitely would hire again.

Jon, the plumber called to let me know that he could be and was a half hour early. He was courteous and fast. His work was top notch. The cost did not break the bank either.

He was prompt, did not waste time, and was very flexible as we kept adding items to do. He was pleasant and a hard worker.

It was great. They got the job done in about 2 hours. The cleanup was great. The scheduling was good.

I called American Eagle Plumbing to replace a leaky outdoor water faucet, using the Angie's list promo. When I asked what other costs would or could be involved, they said that promo price covers replacement of the faucet only, but that sometimes the home may need to replace the indoor shut-off valve, which would be an additional $75. Jon came out and did all the requested repairs, including replacing the shut-off valve. He was very polite, informative, and professional. The job was done to my total satisfaction, and the cost was exactly what I had been quoted; no additional or hidden charges, which is always one of my biggest fears and frustrations in calling any service company. I will definitely use American Eagle again, and refer him to my family and friends anytime.

Amazing service! Very professional contact in the beginning to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for the work. What started as a simple outdoor faucet replacement turned into a little bit more. We encountered several complications with the existing plumbing, and Jon suggested several options for resolving them. He went above and beyond, and the labor expenses were extremely fair. He also investigated a leak for me, and determined that an appliance repair was needed. Will most definitely contact them for any future plumbing needs.

The technician was prompt, and got to work right away. He spent a good chunk of time working on it, as apparently there were some unexpected difficulties, but the final product is great and I'm very pleased. I should have priced out the cost of this work before buying the Angie's list deal. Before he started, he informed me that the total cost was $225, less $100 Angie's deal coupon (for which I had already paid $50). It surprised me that it was significantly more (I figured it would be somewhat more). My fault for not getting bids. Given the time it actually took for him to do the work, I ultimately was okay with the additional expense.

I purchased a coupon for a plumbing consult, $50 for a $100 service call. I received a call the next morning from Jon and we had a long discussion about my hot water heater's symptoms. He came out on Monday, earlier than he said he would, looked at my hot water heater and determined a repair would be $150 less than replacing my older (8 yo) water heater. He had all the parts and equipment to do the upgrade and he charged me what I would have paid if I had purchased a coupon for another service provider on Angie's List. I had been planning on buying the coupon if Jon said my water heater was not repairable. After a couple hours, we had a new hot water heater. It's a 40 gallon Rheem, which is a standard brand with reasonable reviews. I had to leave before the install was complete but they cleaned up after themselves and the water heater appears to be just as I expected it to be and up to code. Don't be put off by his youthful appearance, Jon is a professional and knows his business.

It was fine and I was satisfied with the service. The plumber was friendly and good. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was easy and he showed up on time.

I was surprised he still came that day because it was thunderstorms all day. But he came, even early, and told me what he needed to do. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that to do this he had to cut a big hole in my wall! He charged an additional $35 for that, but it needed to be done. He finished the job quickly and helped me put the room back in order. I was pleased with the job he did.

American Eagle plumbing came out on time with 2 plumbers. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were happy with the service, would use them again and recommend their services to friends, family and neighbors.

Easy. He explained what was wrong, advised on the most logical/cost effective solution, got the parts, and fixed the leaky fauets/shower heads. No problems since.
