It went very well, He was on time and completed the project quickly and we have not had any problems and no leaks.

This is a great company. I got a great price which he quoted me over the phone. I had questions which he clearly and effectively answered. They were right on time and worked very quickly. The sump pump is working wonderfully and we haven't had to use the battery back-up yet, thankfully.

They cleared two of my sewer lines, a 3 inch and a 6 inch main, and replaced a cap. They came perfectly on time, were freindly, outlined cost ahead of time, and charged exactly what they said they would. Will definitely use them again!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Jon S. Who did the work. He explained everything very thoroughly, and was very polite. I asked him to look at my kitchen faucet even though it was not scheduled to be worked on. The cable attached to the pull out spray had slipped back into the faucet. He was able to get it out for me. I then told him I was having a hard time turning off the faucet. He said he could fix that and quoted me a price. I agreed to the work, as I had been considering buying a new faucet, which would have cost much more! He had a trainee with him who was also very nice, and agreed to hand my dog a treat so she would stop barking at them.

Initially, I contacted plumber that originally installed that A.O. Smith water heater in 2010 and 2011 and after a few months of trying I gave up waiting to hear back from him. Since I didn't know who to call that would handle the water heater warranty for me I looked at Angie's List for a recommended plumber. Based upon, all the recommendations on Angie's List I contacted American Eagle Plumbing. I received an immediate response from Jon at American Eagle Plumbing about a labor quote to replace a warrantied water heater. I knew there was special promotion pricing that American Eagle was running but in my case I didn't need a new water heater only replacement labor. I was quoted what I felt was a fair price to perform the replacement labor ($350.00) on the warrantied water heater and was completely surprised when American Eagle Plumbing offered to come out within a few days on a Monday afternoon. Jon explained, and quot;You have water on the floor and I want to take care of you before I go out on vacation the following week and the rest of my week is full.and quot; The service got even better when American Eagle Plumbing offered to handle the water heater warranty replacement with his distributor leaving me out of the equation entirely. As a single Mom, I was elated to learn I didn't have to make more phone calls to the local A.O. Smith distributors, cut apart the water heater to retrieve the rating plate, or pay for a water heater ahead of time and wait for the warranty refund. The water heater was drop shipped to my home from Jon's distributor and he arrived a few hours later to install the water heater. To my surprise the Jon called me ahead of time to let me know he was going to be 40 minutes early (3:20 pm) and so we made arrangements for him to go ahead without me there. I was busy carting kids around for their school's reading and math assessments and planned on meeting Jon at 4:00 pm as agreed upon initially. I arrived a little after 4:00 pm and all the work was done. Jon ran through the completed repairs and why he replaced two water pipe valves on top of the water heater installation (i.e. one was illegal that connected to my homes humidifier system installed long ago and the other valves oil packing was worn out). Nice to know Jon took care of a few little things to bring my water heater up to code that weren't done the first or the second time by the previous plumber. I'm thrilled to stopped worrying about a leaky water heater and now have a great plumber to call next time. I will be using American Eagle Plumbing on an few upcoming home renovations in my laundry room and kitchen. Thank you, Jon for the exceptional service and for being a great guy during the whole process.

I had a clogged drain in the kitchen and signed up for American Eagle Plumbing to do the service. When I contacted them to set up a date for the service and let them know what I needed done, they told me that they did not clean out drains. I need to have this done so I want to have a refund and have someone out who will clean drains.

Very happy with service. John suggestions on rebuilding one faucet which he felt was of much better quality than one I purchased to use for replacement was greatly appreciated. Plumbing fixes are expensive but feel the work will last. Would use American Eagle Plumbing again.

He arrived 45 minutes before schedule, giving me a call so I had time to run home from work. It also took a little longer than he had indicated, even accounting for the valve addition. There was a little water splashed on some lumber I had a ffew feet away. The water heater is working well now.

Everything went great. Jon was punctual, protected all floors with dropcloths (it was raining outside) and allowed me to use two coupons, one for the outdoor spigot and one for other plumbing. He offered helpful information that made job outcome even better. I won't hesitate to call him for any other plumbing jobs in the future.

I called Jon on a Thursday and expected to get the job schedule for the following week, at the earliest. However, his schedule had just opened up and he was able to arrive at 7am the following morning. He arrived a little early, quickly explained what needed to be done to bring the gas line up to code, and got to work. He installed the new heater quickly and left the area clean. Overall, I'm very pleased with quality of work and highly recommend Jon!

Jon arrived on time, even a little early. He explained what should be done with the valve supplying water to my ice maker in terms I could understand. He installed the saddle valve quickly and left the area clean. I have used Jon's services in the past and have been very happy with his work and professionalism. I would not hesitate to call American Eagle Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

I called to schedule an appointment after I got the E-Mail for me to call them. I told him that I needed a kitchen drain cleaned. He said that we don't do drains and that brochure says that. The brochure says right on there to get a drain cleaned. I called another company to do the job.

It was good. I had no issues with scheduling. The plumber was very nice and informative. He did not try to do anything that was not necessary and was honest with his work. They got the job in about half a day.

Thank you for providing me the opportunity to review American Eagle Plumbing. Jon and American Eagle Plumbing are very professional and accommodating in their work. I am an old curmudgeon and submitted him to various criticisms, pressure, and unreasonable demands which he handled with much patience and understanding. The original amount to fix an outdoor faucet was $150.00. But I lured them in knowing it would be more than that to truly fix. My faucet was leaking and the entire thing should have been replaced. However, I had just 'buried' my basement water lines with a new ceiling and accessing the line would have required ripping up the new ceiling I had just put in. I should have addressed the problem before when the ceiling wasn't there. Jon spent the time, listened to my concerns, and worked out a solution to get my faucet up and running like new. He didn't want to rip my new ceiling out either. He ran up to Mahtomedi to get special parts to re-build my existing faucet. All on the same day and within a narrow time frame. He also let me know what part of the faucet is 'going bad' and may need replacement in the next year or so. Bottom line it did cost me $300, but to me very worth it. The faucet works like a champ and I know what to do if/when it goes bad again. Thank you very much, Mike

I highly recommend calling Jon for plumbing problems. He knows the art, explains options, gives best and worst case scenarios. He also does excellent work. I used him once before, then went with another plumber, which was a disaster. I've learned that it's not smart to shop for cheapest deal when it comes to plumbing, go with skilled people you can trust. Jon fits the bill, he's my go-to plumber now.

I was very happy working with American Eagle Plumbing for a similar repair the previous summer I didn't call anyone else. Easy to schedule, they recommended an additional update without being pushy.

Ron charged me $185.00. When I called to schedule the appt. I felt I was getting the work done for the $100.00 Angie's List Deal. The new tenant feels there is a part missing, as there is very little water pressure. I emailed Ron today- and he will be talking with my tenant, but will charge $50 if he needs to come out and look at it, as he feels it was running fine when he left. I turned it on- but, my own water is very low pressure in a 2nd floor bathroom, so I didn't notice. Hopefully, they will get the issue resolved, without costing me even more money! I was extremely disappointed at the high cost- it was a very straightforward job- switching out old faucet for new, which I supplied.

Jon was able to come out in a couple of days and did a fantastic job. He talked with me about the laundry list of plumbing problems and explained any and all options we had, came up with a cost, and we were in business. 5 hours later he had everything done and done RIGHT. Before the appointment I was thinking one new toilet was necessary, and that was confirmed. Jon had one delivered to the house right then and there. Hands down the best plumber I have ever worked with. Very thorough. Highly recommended.

The toilet was replaced but at a high cost. He also tried to sell a higher priced toilet $500, adjustments to current tanks $50, check for other leaks $50. Next time I would make sure that the total cost of the service will be at an estimated value.
