8The plumber was great. He replaced the drain, as the wrong type was used in the original installation, causing a poor connection. He also redid some of the pipes underneath to make sure things would flow well and not leak. He made sure everything worked well before he left, was pleasant, well-mannered, and tidy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

John and Josh were right on time. They were professional and did a thorough and clean job. Rates are high, but comparable to other plumbers. I would use them again.

Provider did not tell me that he had to cut holes in the walls in ceiling sheetrock. When he explained why, I approved. Didn't tell me he would charge another $30 each for making the cuts. Then he threw away the ceiling piece so I couldn't even try to repair it. I now have a hole in my ceiling that I will have to hire someone to fix and spray. Then, he charged me more than what we had discussed on the phone. Then, when we went to use one of the spickets for the first time, it leaked. I wasn't initially in a real hurry to get these done and he had said he was pretty busy with all of the Angie's list response so we put it off. But I had to keep contacting him to schedule. He was not on top of things.

They are good provider in dealing with them on the phone.

The plumber called prior to getting to my house to tell me he would be to my house in 15 minutes (axactly on time) . He checked out the job, informed me that he would have to cut a piece of the ceiling for access to the pipes and the cost. When I agreed to everything he proceeded to repair the faucet. Everything was done in 1 hour.

Jon was at my house twice. Both times, he contacted me ahead of the appointment time to confirm timing. He and his helper put down floor covers and cleaned up after they were done with the repairs. I would definitely use American Eagle again and recommend to others.

Came the day scheduled and it took the estimated time frame. All works as expected.

I used this Big Deal for them to repair a leaky shower faucet, a leaky kitchen sink faucet (which I ended up having them replace), and the coupling on my dishwasher. The service went very well. The Big Deal drew me in, but their service has been great so far. I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs.

I complained of a leak in our bathroom sink. Told him it drips after being run and shut off. Said he was there for 15 minutes with the water running, didn't find a leak. My bill was $10 after the and quot;$5 for $25and quot; Angie's List Deal, he said he could take my credit card over the phone, but he saw a $10 bill laying on my kitchen counter. When I got home that afternoon, the sink had dripped onto the floor of the cabinet under the sink, again. No fix done. Didn't call him back.

Simple for him, they don't even use solder any more, have new system

Identified the problem and promptly fixed it. Everything went smooth.

This is the second time I have used American Eagle Plumbing Services and will always use this service in the future. Jon Scheumann, owner, always returns calls promptly and makes every effort to fit me in to his busy schedule. He is honest and trustworthy. After checking the toilet he determined that the bathroom floor appeared to be rotting out as opposed to the toilet leaking. He answered my questions re: bathroom repairs and looked up information that would help me in the future. He is a very pleasant man to do business with. I highly recommend his services.

When I decided to add a full bathroom to lower level of my two-story condo, I decided to get a subscription to Angie's List so that I could find a plumber. John, of American Eagle Plumbing, was very highly rated on the site. He made time to come to our house within about a day of me contacting him. His gave us a very detailed and fairly priced quote. He always showed up when he said he would. He was a true professional. Clean. Efficient. Brought along really upstanding help. He is honest and very forthcoming. I really enjoyed working with him. You will not be disappointed in his service. He is a true master of his craft and true professional.

John was great. He came out and took a look at a minor leak I had, and gave me an honest opinion that he could not put his finger on what was wrong. To his credit, it was a very minor leak in my ceiling that was not acting up, showed no signs of water damage or mold, and was not leaking when he was there. Frankly I doubt any plumber would have known what to do, but the reason I highly recommend John and will use him again was he TOLD me that, and did not charge me for the trip, nor did he perform work just for the sake of performing it. He tightened my bleeder valves, as that was his best guess, and was on his way. He gave me good, honest advice and if the leak does get worse, I know exactly who I'm calling. HONESTY IS PRICELESS. A+.

They had to replace an extra 8ft of pipe, but the price was very high. I had bought the $150 coupon to replace outside faucet, but basically cost $350 for 45 minutes of work

Service was well done. Additional expense due to age of existing pipes but I was given careful explanation of details. Both men were polite and and informative and the work was completed with improved results to my outside faucet.

It turned out well. There was something that was potentially expensive to do, and he let me know it wouldn't be necessary, and saved me a lot of money. Scheduling with him was easy, and he actually called me on the second day after I purchased the deal.

The service worked out well. Our downstairs sink has always been slow to drain. They got the drain working properly so it was worth the additional costs. The technician knew what he was doing and I could tell he had been doing this type of work for a long time.

The plumber was very professional and did a great job.
