We were unable to figure out how to replace the cartridge for our bathtub faucet, the plumber who came was able to figure it out fairly quickly. I was very happy with this as our faucet was dripping and the faucet's lever would not stop in the off position. The bathroom toilet was also leaking if you leaned back and the tank was loose. I recently purchased the home and the plumber found that the previous work done on the toilet was partially the issue and the toilet needed to be replaced entirely as it would no longer work correctly. It was not an expense that I was expecting, but he was able to give me a good price on a similar new toilet. I was impressed by the companies service and professionalism and I would hire them again if needed.

Jon called 30 minutes before his arrival. He started working right way when he arrived. He demonstrated his professionalism, experience, efficiency, and strong skills. When he finished his job, he made sure the repair was fully tested and the area was clean. I am very pleased with his work! I will definitely give him a call again if there is any plumbing need.

After talking to my sister about our projects, she referred me to Jon for our first project which was a bathroom in an unfinished basement - which required jack hammering the floor to tie into the main sewer line. After a shoty contractor broke that line, Jon was able to quickly and reasonably repair it so we could continue to function in our home! He did such a great job that my husband and I have continued to use Jon for several projects. We have used Jon's services for everything from the completely brand new bathroom in the basement to small fixes like water leaks, a new gas line, a fridge water line and there's more work lined up! All of these experiences have been so fantastic we continue to use Jon for ALL of our plumbing needs! He's friendly, fast, takes the time to come up with solutions to problems others shy away from - all great attributes to have in a great plumber. Thanks Jon! Jon was really great to work with because he likes to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. So we spoke a great deal on the phone prior to him doing the work. He had previously been out to our home to repair our water heater and at that time also provided some good information at that time in regards to that project. When it came time for the rough in/city inspections, Jon showed up to walk through the work with the city inspector to ensure things were done well. It was unexpected but totally appreciated. There was even some cheaper plastic pipes that were used in our home and Jon just switched them out to better quality copper pipes and charged us appropriately for the materials. I really liked that initiatve because honestly if you have the knowledgeable person there to make an important change for a minimal price ~ wouldn't you want them to say or do something?

11-11-14 I made several attempts to contact them and leave a message and when prompted to do so I got as far as my name and then I got a Dial Tone Went on Angie's list and chose another provider as contact with the above provider was an exercise in frustration NO WORK WAS PERFORMED.

The water heater was installed within a week of requesting the service. The installation was quick and efficient, and they hauled away the old water heater for us. Overall, a great experience. Thanks!

It was fine. I was out of town and they did it on my rental and they came in and put it in and they billed me. It was really great. I recall there was some kind of billing mistake and they followed up and fixed it. They were really quick in their communication.

It was okay. It did cost me more than the big deal I purchased for another $50. They were punctual. They're quick on doing what they did. I had no problems with the work that they did.

Jon came by and quickly and cleanly replaced the valve. We had a little trouble scheduling due to the winter storm that hit when he was originally scheduled but he was very accommodating and fit me in two days later. I had been very nervous about the pipe bursting (new to home ownership and a water damage is the last thing I need). Jon was very helpful in helping me figure out what the real risks are and I feel much more confident now that I will make it through the winter without frozen and burst pipes. I'd definitely call him up again in the future when this old house needs more work.

he did not answer his telephone and did not respond to me at the time I told him I was available. He left me a voicemail when he knew I was not available. I told him that I was available during the evening of Nov. 4 and all day Nov. 6. He called and left a message at 4:30 pm Nov. 4 and never called back after that. He is obviously very busy and does not need new business.

Jon and Josh arrived on time and looked at my leaky faucet. Jon explained it would cost $350 to replace the current faucet or he could repair the old faucet for $250, I looked at the one he had to replace mine and it looked very similar so I asked him to replace the old one. It was quick , efficent and I no longer have to endure the sound of dripping. I bought the Angies list deal for $15.00, this included a service call and $60 in credit toward work performed. So instaed of $350, I paid $290 plus the original $15. I would use them again in the future if the need arose.

Jon and his brother Josh were awesome. Jon was super easy to schedule with, returned my call in a timely fashion and arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and very informative. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, but Jon was more than patient with me in asking all my unrelated plumbing questions about our relatively new (to us) home. When he left, I felt confident in his work, more knowledgeable about my home, and most importantly, like I had found the reliable and trustworthy plumber I'd been looking for since moving to Minnesota. While I hope to never have another plumbing problem, if I do, I'll be happy to see Jon and Josh again!

The valve was replaced and the problem solved. However, the soldering work was subpar and the wall behind the valve was burned from the flame. I felt like the quality of the work was not as it should have been. My home is new and I was hoping to have a good as new repair, which this was not.

Bought the $100 of work for $50 from Angie's List as I needed a tub faucet replaced and a water heater installed. Jon and Joe came and did the work quickly, with high quality and at a fair price. They were flexible as I let them know about the water heater a few days before, but it was no problem for them.
