It worked out very well; they sent 2 plumbers. I had them fix a leaky laundry tub faucet that I didn't use. They ended up removing it completely. They also rerouted the icemaker line for the fridge since it was connected to the laundry faucet line.

Did a good job!! Fast efficient & punctual!!

He was amazing to work with. He completed the job quickly the first time, kept us informed of all issues as they arose, and the pricing was more than reasonable. I have already referred him to family and friends.

John and his helper arrived at 800 am. I had the replacement drain so all John needed to do was to put it on. John did all the work and tested it three times to make sure there were no leaks. I know plumbing work is not inexpensive but I thought the amount for putting the drain in was more than I expected since I had the new drain and the discount from Angie's. The young men were very personable and I enjoyed the chatter.

Jon called to say he was running a bit behind schedule , but he still arrived shortly after the scheduled time. He informed me of what work he would perform and did so in a timely manner. His work is very professional and I would recommend him for any plumbing work.

It turned out good. They fixed the problem and came out last minute. They were very clean and efficient.

Took a couple weeks to get an appt. scheduled, but it was not an emergency, and I think they are just very busy. The work was explained in detail prior to starting, and it only took and hour or so to do everything. They were very professional and the work was top-quality; have not had any problems with any of their work. Will definitely use them in the future.

The service was excellent. The crew was polite, laid clothes to protect the carpet, were efficient, explained everything extremely well, and cleaned up to the point I never knew they were there. We are having them back January 12 to replace a water softener and further in the future to replace two toilets to design for tall people.

They were here early and done within an hour and twenty minutes. Could not be any happier!

They were very professional! They quickly inspected the work and explained that the age of the home and the plumbing would require an extra $150 to complete. They completed the task quickly and fixed it right!

Fast response with making appointment. I ended up not needing the service because I was able to fix the problem myself.

Jon and his helper were punctual, neat and efficient. Jon offered an inexpensive toilet and then a $500 model. He said he didn't mention the expensive one right away because he didn't want to push an expensive model in case it was more than I could spend. In retrospect that struck me as ingenuous: I think he could see that we were able to afford it just by looking around our house. He said he had the expensive toilet and it was the only one used by five people and had never had any problems. I had checked Consumer Reports and found a less expensive but highly rated toilet which I asked him to get. He ordered it and installed it in short order. But when he gave me the bill, the cost of the toilet was $100 more than the price I'd seen. He told me that was for the three year warranty, which we hadn't discussed, and said "it was just part of the package." I didn't think fast enough to tell him that we never bought extended warranties and I didn't want it. When I showed the bill to my husband he said, "I know how to fix a toilet and they never break," but he didn't thing want to pursue it. I had intended to have Jon come back to replace a second and probably a third toilet, but the addition to the bill of something I hadn't ordered left me feeling uncomfortable, like I'd been taken advantage of. The fact that the toilet has plugged up twice and is impossible to unplug with an industrial sized plunger is most likely not a plumbing problem: I'm afraid Consumer Reports made a mistake on this model.

This experience (my first) with American Eagle Plumbing was great. About a month ago, we had a tub diverter go bad in our main bathroom. Since the spout was part of a matching set (with the shower head and the water control handle), I wanted to get a spout that would match. I wasn't quite sure how to track this down, so I contacted American Eagle. Jon got back to me right away and said he'd see if he could find it. I texted him some pictures of what I had, and he was able to find the part I needed. He also informed me that Price Pfister had a lifetime warranty on the spout I needed to replace; therefore, I wouldn't have to pay for a new spout. He took care of contacting Price Pfister and ordering the part. They said it would ship out in 8 to 10 days. Unfortunately, it never did come (or at least, hasn't come yet), so I asked Jon if he could find a spout that would come close to matching, which he did. He was able to come out on very short notice to replace the tub spout. The replacement was almost a perfect match! He also checked to make sure that replacing the spout didn't result in any new issues/leaks. In short, Jon was super on top of things, easy to reach by text/cell, and nice to work with.

Arrived on scheduled time. Discussed the job, what we thought needed to be done. He discussed our options as well as some considerations we were unaware of with the setup we had. Nothing pushy, just informative. Determined that one thing we thought was going to be needing attention in fact functioned for him ('frozen' hot water turn off) and we didn't need to replace that, saving us $100 on the bill. Answered all other questions we had and was very friendly through out his time here. We would have no reservations about hiring him again if needed.

He and his assistant were very nice and had a scense of humor, which I like. Their price was very reasonable. I would most certainly use them again.

The service went great, he offered good suggestions to limit future repairs, was in a dn out quickly.

He set the appointment with me, confirmed the date, called when held in traffic and still arrived within reasonable time of appointment. Owner explained process, offered options, considerate of my time and resources. He searched for best options and recommended solutions for fixtures and appliances to prevent future plumbing problems, agreeable with my comfort. Personable and polite, honest; equally sensible and pleasant assistant.

He was nice and came right away. We didn't use him for our service needs because his price was three times more than the other person we used.

The company was prompt in responding and professional but said that they wouldn't be able to help me with what I needed to have done. I have no complaints but was unable to use them for service

Great service - on time - quality work - knowledgeable and honest plumber

I had an issue with the water in the toilet bowl not filling up all the way. The fill valve was newly replaced so I thought maybe the issue was with the flush valve (the location of the overflow tube). The flush valve was old and designed in a way that didn't allow me to see whether water was going in properly from the fill valve. I had purchased a "$15 for a Plumbing Service Call, with Credit Toward Repairs" deal from American Eagle Plumbing. When I called to inquire, the owner quoted me about $105 (with the $60 credit as part of the purchased deal) to replace a toilet flush valve and even gave me a tip for how I might fix the issue myself before having him come over. When the simple fix didn't work, I called again. He asked me more about my toilet and said that mine was an older toilet (the town home was built 1992) and recommended that I save myself some money by replacing the whole toilet rather than replacing a part which might not solve the problem. He said it would be $400-450 to replace the entire toilet (whatever Angie's deal he had at the time). I asked him again how much it would be if I just wanted to replace the flush valve. This time he quoted me $200-something to replace all the stuff inside the tank. I clarified that I would only need the flush valve replaced because the fill valve was new. He said it would still be the $200-something price. I mentioned that he had quoted $100-something earlier and he replied with a brief "nope." It's possible that there was some kind of miscommunication, but at that point, my trust level had gone way down and I no longer wanted him to fix anything for me. I would say to homeowners considering hiring him, look at his overall reviews to make a determination. There's a chance there was miscommunication, but I just personally no longer felt comfortable. I am requesting a refund for the purchased deal. By the way, I did end up replacing the flush valve. I looked on you tube and learned how to do it myself. The solution fortunately ended up working.

American Eagle Plumbing provided us with exceptional service at reasonable prices. We have a property in Fridley which was built in the 1960s. The original copper pipes began to develop pinhole leaks. After several rounds of repairing the pipes, we decided to replace all of the water lines and to find a new plumber who could handle the job. We contacted American Eagle Plumbing and had them out twice (once at the end of October to replace all of the lines on one side of the basement and once in mid-November to replace pipes on the other side of the basement). The gentlemen from American Eagle Plumbing were professional, courteous, punctual, qualified, and overall nice guys. They provided quality work at a price which was lower than what other companies would have charged. When we had them out in October, we also had a handyman at the property at the same time to remove some sheetrock in order to provide access to the pipes. The handyman, who was not very professional, left a huge mess when he took down the sheetrock. Fortunately for us, the courteous professionals from American Eagle Plumbing went completely above and beyond their call of duty by cleaning up the mess left by the handyman. As they replaced the water lines, American Eagle Plumbing made it easier to make repairs in the future, if necessary (given the exceptional job they did, I don?t expect a need for any repairs for quite some time). They cleaned up the lines, reducing the number of twists and turns, created a loop to conveniently hook up a water softener, and moved the water shut-off valves for the outside spigots to a much more convenient location (the shut-off valves previously had to be accessed through two separate panels in the ceiling on opposite ends of the basement...American Eagle moved them to a much more convenient and accessible location in the utility room). When we had them back out in November to replace the water lines on the other side of the basement, they once again provided exceptional service at reasonable rates. They left the area as clean as they found it, and accommodated my request to replace a section of pipe which was in a particularly difficult area to access. To top it off, they did not charge me anything extra for removing two small sections of wall/sheetrock, which was needed to access the area. I am very happy with the services American Eagle Plumbing provided and I highly recommend them to others!

They were done within 15 minutes. Fast, professional, quick, no complaints.
