They came out quickly after I purchased the deal. We have an old house and the place where the leak was wasn’t accessible. The technicians came up with a solution that kept us from having to rip out our bathtub. It wasn’t a typical solution to a plumbing problem, but it was clever and made the leak stop and we can now use our bathtub. It was a little more expensive than I wanted it to be, but it was cheaper than having to rip out the tub and redo it. They knew immediately what was wrong and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I had a 4 o clock appointment on Friday, but heard nothing from the technician at 4:30, so I called. He was still a ways out and did not get to my house until 5:20. Not a huge deal, but would have like to have a phone call notification of him running late.

Jon and his partner were a great team. They squeezed me into their busy schedule so that we had hot water for the weekend which was a life saver. American Eagle plumbing definitely care about their customers, and I would recommend them to any and all.

Jon removed and replaced 2 toilets. I bought the toilets at a big box store and had them waiting for Jon. When he arrived he was friendly and got right to work. The entire project took much faster then I thought it would. Jon hauled away all the boxes from the new toilets, the old toilets, and all trash. Everything was done professionally and efficiently.
