The service went well. It was a little difficult to set-up the appointment, but it was not a deal breaker. Good quality.

Purchased the Angie's List deal for $15 for a plumbing service call (which included $60 towards service). Scheduled immediately, arrived on time as expected. Did the requested work, which took longer than I expected. Also had him take a look at another issue (moving a hose shutoff) but decided not to have him do that. Seemed like he didn't really have the time at this visit anyway. I have used this provider before for a larger job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

Cut access hole in basement bedroom closet. Cut copper pipe and removed old outside facet. Installed new facet and copper pipe. Sweated on connections and tested for water leaks. Replaced cut-out wall piece in closet.

Very professional, and personable, gave me a complete cost before starting work, worked non-stop and was out of here in about two hours or less. Very happy, and will call on him again next time I have plumbing issue.

I was actually the one who was managing the project. I think I got an Angie’s List deal for it. The price was really nice. They were excellent and I am waiting to have my own plumbing project so I can use them. For the inspection, I had to get a detailed explanation of what they did to prove that it was code compliant, and he wrote a very nice and lengthy explanation to assure the buyer that everything was compliant. They were very professional and very detailed. They were really fast, which is nice when I am paying by the hour.

We had communication issues, I left meesages and he never returned my calls. Then when I finally got ahold of him, he wasn't available to do the service for over a week.

Two plumbers came out and did a great job. They were responsive and professional. I would use them again.

It was fine. Scheduling was easy but getting an itemized quote was difficult. We ended up using someone else since their quote was so expensive.

Wonderful service--I was able to grab the Angie's List Big Deal from this service provider online at the end of the sale when I discovered my water heater had leaked all over my utility room floor on the last night of the sale. They were responsive when I told them I had a non-functioning water heater and came the next business day to install my new one. No problems whatsoever--and I am enjoying my hot water!

The price and quality of the service were all excellent. He was professional and straight forward with me. He was very efficient as well.

It will cost more then what we wanted to do at this time. I would highly recommend them!

The old leaking kitchen hot faucet stem had to be cut out.. So the job took more time and effort than expected. Jon took care of the problem for us and installed the new stem. The faucet is back in service and working just fine.

I had a Big Deal. I turned out fine. They called us pretty quickly after we purchased the deal. They came out about a week or week and half later. There was an additional charge for the work done. It's been working good. We had a really good experience with them.

American Eagle recommended replacing the toilet, even though it was a more expensive option, saying that it was old and likely to fail soon even if a new wax seal was installed. We agreed and, although more expensive than we hoped, the quality of the unit is far superior to the old one, and the work was done on time, on budget, and quickly.

Jon & assistant arrived a little early, laid down drop cloths. He showed me what he was doing at each step and why. They cleaned up before leaving. It's two weeks later and everything is working fine - no leaks or problems. I was very pleased with the work and will use them again.

it went better than I expected. From buying the big deal till I had to write the check He was very polite on the phone we set the date and he was right on time. I had a leak in my main floor bathroom sink, it took him about a half hour to get the job done. Very happy with the work

It was fine. They were going to some service and we determined that the toilet was needed to be replaced. They charged me the same that they would have charged for the replacement fee. There were additional charges. It was a $400 replacement. The provider was good. I would advise against doing an Angie's List deal because the service changes. Then, you have to deal with Angie's List plus the provider. It's a little bit more of a hassle. They were good. They were quick. They did the full service right away. They were clear about what we needed to do.

Serious hiccup in scheduling, as the repairman tried to reach me (at work) several times to try to come hours before our appointment. As I had scheduled the time for a two-hour window, I had arranged for my spouse to be there at that time-- that's why you schedule a time. I called the repairman after my spouse notified me that it was only 15 minutes before our time window for him to arrive was over, with no repairman. Repairman (at first) seemed to try to imply that he had knocked on our door at the scheduled time and my spouse just didn't answer... later in our call admitting that he had knocked on our door about an hour to an hour and a half earlier. So, while the work was done on the same day, I had to push to make sure it would still be done, and I was made to feel like I was a bit out of bounds for wanting the work done at least on the same day as the appointment. I think my displeasure was noted, as the spouse received an apology when the repairman arrived, and we do feel like the price charged was fair. Still, I think we'll be going with another company for our future plumbing needs. I need to be able to rely on the details I am given so that neither my spouse or I have to spend extra time that day figuring out if we will or won't be getting service we scheduled.

They're good. They're quite professional. They were on time. They cleaned up nicely. There were additional charges because he had to open up an indoor panel. They came out very quickly.

Jon (and the gentleman with him) were fantastic! Worked clean, was able to fix on the spot and courteous!

He capped a pipe, fixed a code issue with the basement sink, explained what was done in a way the buyer could understand, and cleaned up a pipe input. Best of all, he wrote up what was done in a way that would assure the buyer that everything was up to code.

Didn't use because appt would have been a couple months out...... Needed more immediate service.

The service was punctual, but it frankly seemed quite overpriced for what took about 90 minutes to complete. I guess I could be the dumb one for agreeing to pay $35 for two aerators (without the installation), but seeing them at Lowes for $5 each certainly didn't make me feel like this was a good deal.

It was expensive, but the work needed to be done. I wish there would have been a quote beforehand.
