Outside faucet replaced, the plumber spent a little extra-time to remove/replace it without having to break any drywall from inside of the home. He additionally replaced a pressure valve of a water heater. The quality of the outdoor faucet was poor; it lasted less than a year, it is leaking again (when in operation). Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided, punctuality and the fact of avoiding breaking drywall to replace the back yard faucet

this was a very difficult job with old pipes that were frozen in place and not enough space to work in. He was patient, thorough, and finished the job perfectly. I will use this company again for sure.

Showed up on time and did exactly what we needed. Even pointed out a part on the sink that was likely to fail in the future so we could avoid an issue.

This was a challenging job, and in a tight space,but John and his apprentice were efficient and timely with the work they did. I appreciated the ongoing communication and updates John gave me about what he was doing. Both of the guys removed their shoes every time they came in our house and John laid drop cloths all around the work area. Everything was left clean at the end of the job. I will use this company again.

Jon was on-time, polite and did good work. We would definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs.

They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived exactly when promised. Figured out a way to sweat off faucet without going through sheetr ock or melt vinyl siding. Entire process done very professionally and a am very happy with the results.

Everything went very well. They were very nice to deal with and fixed my problem.

Sink is in an old house and was a little awkward to install properly. The plumbers worked at until they could get is properly installed and did a great job.

Went very quickly. Job was done in less than 15 minutes. Plumber brought a helper with him and both were very courteous and professional. My only complaint was the expense. I thought that with a $15.00 service call the work would be less than $100.00 considering how little time it took to complete the job.

It went very well. Jon was on time and very responsive, giving me a heads up that he was coming, etc. He explained everything that he came across to me and I didn't feel pressured into anything. He gave me the benefits vs. the risks of leaving things as is and tried to help me prioritize. I would use American Eagle Plumbing again and recommend to anyone else as well!

The service was great. We had them come twice with the Angie’s List Deal and of course we needed some follow-up work. They were just here this week for their second visit. They came out within a week after we purchased the Big Deal. We connected right away via e-mail. They came out the next week and then, they came out again. So, they were very responsive. They came again and that was a separate Deal, but related to the Angie’s List Deal, there were no additional charges to the $15 Big Deal. It was perfect. They were very clear about the Angie’s List Deal. Instead of paying $150, we only paid $90. We paid a lot less for because of the Angie’s List Deal. There were two things that stood out about them, their professional capabilities so basically, they knew what they were doing and their person ability relationship. They were just very responsive, person-to-person, and friendly, those kinds of things which are so important to a home-owner when you have somebody come out to your house. They were great.

They are really good. They know what they are doing. They are quick. They respond to phone call. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it quickly. It was an utter professional experience. We know that plumbing is going to be expensive so $525 sounds expensive, but we kind of have bigger things done.

John called the day of the service to let me know he was available earlier if that worked. Since it didn't, he came as scheduled. He installed a garbage disposal I had purchased and cleaned out what had backed up in the pipes near it. He checked to make sure it drained well. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up as though no one was ever here (including removing the old disposal,etc.). I would call him again for plumbing work.

Received $15 worth of advice.

It went super well. He was able to figure out the problem in 2 minutes and do the work in 45. Meanwhile we also talked about our water heater and got advice on new toilets. Seemed knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall, I thought Jon was great. He was very professional but also a genuinely nice, trustworthy guy. In fact, while he was at our home, I booked our next service with him as we're moving and putting in a gas stove. I highly recommend American Eagle Plumbing - definitely an A on Angie's List!

It went great, it was not an easy fix due to how the tub was situated but it went great and the faucet works wonderful without having t damage the wall or the surrounding area.

It went very well. Jon explained everything well and made sure we understood. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were hoping that we didn't need to have the whole faucet replaced as we were told by another service that it would cost at least $1000.

Bought a Big Deal to get a leaky faucet fixed and learned would cost $200 for parts ($100 for the hot side, $100 for the cold side).

I purchased the $60 credit for $15 deal, the total was $100 for the Job, so it only ended being an additional $40 out of pocket. When the temperature had gotten warmer, I had turned the Winter Valve to the outside faucet to start clean all the rain gutters, at the point of the valve in the basement were i turned on the water, it started to drip, even when i closed the valve again, so i had a bucket under the Valve for a week or so. So yes I would use these guys again, I had hope the $60 credit would had covered it , but I'm still happy, considering the damage my finish basement could of had.

Jon was very professional and prompt. He was thorough in fixing the problem and just an all-around nice guy. Although no one actually wants plumbing issues, I would readily call American Eagle again!
