I called and got in touch with Jon right away.I got an appointment in a week.They called first before they came and came a little early which was fine.We talked about what was best and they did the work promptly.

John and his crew have visited both my home and business over the years to help with my plumbing needs. The latest project involved the restroom in our office building which had continued having troubles with leaks and clogs. John suggested replacing the toilets with models that are more appropriate for commercial use. Per usual, the work was completed in a timely fashion and the staff is pleased with the difference in performance with the new units. American Eagle continues to be my plumbers of choice. Highly recommended.

Easy to schedule. Showed up right on time. (Called ahead) Took a little longer than it would have, if he was not training in a younger plumber. No problem for me. Made sure there were NO leaks. Cleaned up very well after this small project.

Jon's crew arrived on time, very polite and professional. my water heater is located in a tiny compact closed, regular water heater can not fit in. They have to find a thinner one for me. even removing the old water heater is a painful job. It takes both Adam and Joshua about 5 hours to finish the job. They also have to make some cuts to fit it. I very much appreciate the job they have done. recommend them to anyone.

He was really good. I used him before for my mother in law's house and was impressed. While the apprentice was working, he took a look at a sprinkler system problem and recommended I find a new sprinkler service since the last one referred me to a plumber.

Everything that we had done went smoothly. We were also able to get a quote for some future work.

John was great to work with, I talked to him on the phone several times and he was flexible, knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing our existing faucet with a new one. If I ever have any more plumbing needs John will be my first call.

The plumber was going to be late, but he called to let me know, which is good. When he got to my house and I showed him all my problem areas, he got right to work. He had to replace my kitchen faucet, which he did. Everything else was done efficiently and professionally.

Jon and his brother were very professional, and efficient, in replacing a leaky water faucet on the exterior of my house. I've used his service last year as well, and was very happy with it. I also asked if he cleaned out clogged drains (basement drain had backed up), and he was honest in stating that while he could service minor clogs like sinks and tubs, he wasn't really equipped to service a main drain. He also gave me a referral for another plumbing service to clean out my main drain, who did the work and was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely call American Eagle again, and refer him to anyone.

We purchased the Angie's List deal for $895. American Eagle was very pro-active and contacted us right away (I like that). We set up a date and they asked about upgrading to a more energy efficient unit for an additional $100 and that sounded pretty good so we went with it. They were very good about keeping in touch with us and called shortly before arrival to let us know they were on the way (I like that). When they got there and accessed the installation as luck would have it we needed a few extras like valves and things to bring everything up to code. In the long run it cost us an extra $320 above the Angie's List deal and I was bummed by that but I also understand the importance of keeping everything up to code. The installation was excellent. My wife who is very picky was there and she said they did a really good job of being neat, clean, and everything. When I checked it out the next day it looked like a real first class job so I would definitely recommend them!!!

Called and gave me an estimated time of arrival which was pretty accurate. to get to my outside faucet my inside wall sheetrock needed to be cut. They found and replaced, cleaned up. I am satisfied with the work performed. I also wanted the on/off replaced and they quoted the price and it was reasonable. Would I use them again, yes I would.

Very happy overall, the only thing I don't care for is the sealant around the base of the toilet, it is clear & I would have preferred white.

Jon was very responsive and professional from the initial contact through the process. We had a tight timeline due to some family needs and Jon and his team were able to work with us to have the bathroom done in time. We found the whole experience very positive. The team was very courteous and professional. They were always on time and finished the work as agreed to and actually, completed it ahead of the deadline which was a pleasant surprise. We have worked with many different service providers in the past and this is definitely one of the best experiences we had. If we had future work, we would definitely go with this company.

I contacted American Eagle Plumbing on 5/18/15 and told him what the problem was. He told me what needed to be done. I agreed if he could get it done in the next couple of days. He made an effort to fit it into our schedule and was able to do so. After he did the work, I discussed some other issues with him and when I pursue them I intend to contact American Eagle Plumbing.

He is one of the most professional, nicest, just the sweetest man. Very clean!. I am so thrilled with his work. He was quick and I will refer him to everyone I know. I cant say enough about him. The service was just wonderful!

I have used Jon Scheumann, the owner of American Eagle Plumbing on three separate projects. He has always been prompt, professional, and thorough. Although this most recent call was relatively minor, he has done the plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and repaired a faulty faucet that had caused some serious water damage. I would use Jon on any project that requires a top notch plumber, and I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. He is a dedicated professional, and I'm glad to have worked with him.

It went very well. Very Professional. Worked with homeowner to arrange a time and spoke with home owner about options for repair and cost. I would hire him again.

Fantastic: Showed up on time, and called me 30 min before. Minimal plasterboard was cut to expose fixture from inside wall. Looks fantastic! Great value for the money. This is my second time using this company, and will continue to use in the future for any other plumbing needs.
