Did call me back and was understanding about my obtaining service from another provider.

I'm completely please with the job that they did. Excellent workmanship. I'm going to continue to use American Eagle for all of my plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. One other thing that I like to mention when it's appropriate, in this case it is....they both have great personalities. Great craftsmanship + great personalities = one happy customer.

Very well. Received call prior to arrival giving me ETA which was extremely close to the scheduled time he was due to arrive. Preformed the requested jobs expertly, quickly and cleanly. Also asked for information and opinion in another job matter. He researched and called the next day providing information and approximate cost to complete job. Very professional.

I called John at American Eagle Plumbing on Sunday night, he called back mid-morning on Monday and we scheduled him to replace our leaky faucet on Wednesday. He was the first of two businesses to return my call. He even called with the possibility of getting the install done on Monday, but our schedules didn't coincide, so we had to stick with the originally scheduled plan for Wednesday. He came as scheduled, got the job done for the price he quoted, and left the place clean. He was also very professional to speak with on the phone. I was very pleased and would definitely use him again for other plumbing jobs.

They were wonderful! The service providers were very polite and professional. They ended up having to cut a hole in my wall to finish the job, but everything was very well handled and taken care of before the job was finished! I would use their services again!

I bought a big deal to get my exterior faucet replaced. Of course, there was extra money added ($125) when the cost of the deal was $150. The plumber was polite, prompt and explained everything. Cleanup could have been a bit better but otherwise fine.

He called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He was friendly and professional. He inspected the pipes and said that they should be replaced, but was not pushy about doing it today. He gave me an estimate for that service ($225), which would include installing a wider pipe and moving the water shut-off valve underneath the toilet where it should be. He was done within an hour and I barely knew he was here, he was so quiet and left the place spotless. I would definitely hire him again for his recommended service, or for other plumbing needs. (The cost of the service was $410, but I had a coupon for $60 worth of service for $29, so I paid about $380 - I have nothing to compare this price with, but it seemed reasonable for a brand new toilet, installation, and removal of the old one).

Jon scheduled our appointment for the first date he was available to be in our area. He called and asked if he could come earlier as his previous appointment had not taken as long as he predicted. He assessed what he would have to do in order to complete the work and then gave a detailed explanation so we knew what to expect. The reason I rated him a B in professionalism is that he spent much of his work time on his cell phone. I may be old-school, but I would prefer a person working on my house to give their full attention to the job at hand and then spend their free time on personal phone calls. I am confident he knew what he was doing. This just made me a bit apprehensive about his concentration on the task at hand. The work was completed and the faucets work great.

Great, no issues. Was completed in a timely fashion. No extra charages or surprises.

Jon arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. He warned me of potential additional problems that might be lurking (fortunately they did not occur). No question - I would use American Eagle Plumbing again

It ended up being $300 because he had to cut out some tile for access and put on stop belts. I have never had plumbing done before but I feel it was a good deal. He was really good and right on time. I had some other stuff that had to be done- he could have fixed the vacuum breaker right away because that was his recommendation but I wasn't sure what I wanted. He said in a way, get on the schedule for Monday, think about what you want to do -don't just let me talk you in to it, and so I appreciated that he didn't just force the job on me. I am going to end up having them do it but being able to think about it and not feeling like if I don't do what he says, my whole house is going to blow up is a good feeling.

Very quick in getting work done once he was here. Told me up front the long stem frost free stem would cost extra.

On time and very professional. The quality of the work was extremely good. Provided me with additional info to stop a leaky shutoff valve (if needed).

Right after purchasing the deal, American Eagle called right away to coordinate the scheduling of the appointment. It turned out that a crew could come to my house that day and they quickly and cleanly installed the new faucet which works so much better than our old, rusty, leaky one. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. We have some other plumbing work that we'll need to complete this summer, and we'll be sure to call American Eagle again.

Short story - Jon at American Eagle Plumbing is a life saver! Jon installed a new water heater within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Full story - I was traveling for work and was in Texas when I received a text message from my girlfriend that the water heater was leaking. This text was at 10:12 am. I had a moment of sheer panic and helplessness because I was SO far away from the problem. I made a few phone calls to inferior plumbing services and heard a lot of unhelpful "two week" time frames. Luckily, I left a message with Jon and he called back at 10:24 am. Jon arrived at my duplex and called me back at 11:02 am to describe the nature of the problem. Jon quoted me the additional items needed to properly install the water heater. The quote was $1200. This quote ended up being within a few dollars. Total price of the newly installed water heater and disposal of the old one with new fittings and piping was $1215. I received a text message from Jon at 12:29 pm with a picture of the newly installed water heater. Let me do the math for you - completing previous job, travel to my duplex, install, disposal and departure from the initial phone call was a grand total time of 125 minutes or 2 hours and 5 minutes. Not to mention, when I initially heard from Jon he was traveling to a job that he had to finish. Jon was on time and on budgeted quote. If there was an award or super hero status for plumbing services, I would nominate Jon. GREAT WORK SIR!!! I will definitely rehire this professional plumbing service! I would also become a fan of this super hero plumber movie. I will contact Marvel to sign Jon up! :)

Very professional, prompt, has a "can do" attitude.

To do it "right" cost an additional unadvertised $125. This Included replacing the inside shut off valve because it is "code" and also you should use a frost free exterior shut off because "we live in MN and you never know when it might freeze and then you will want the frost free." This wasn't much of a deal.

The two gentlemen were very polite and professional; however, I felt they were overcharging for their services. They charged $125 for less than one hour of work then gave us an estimate to replace the whole toilet for between $400-$600! My husband was able to replace it himself for less than $100.

Jon responded promptly after I requested service. They arrived on time and finished the repair quickly. Everything was left clean. The faucet looks and works great!

The work required the plumber to cut a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling. He kept the hole size very small and was very conscious of the surrounding area. Very clean and didn't make any mess in the house, even though it was a rainy day.
