Jon originally responded because I thought I needed to replace a leaky outdoor spigot. After discussing the process to replace (cutting drywall, repairing and painting drywall), Jon suggested he could install a rebuild kit and see if that works first. He did and it worked. Saved me $$$ as well as the repair to drywall he would have needed to damage had he replace instead of repaired. It does not come with a guarantee, but I found it a much more viable option.

This was a terrific job. They were professional from the initial phone call, to the scheduling, work done, and cleanup. The price was much lower than well advertised companies I had contacted. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. When they ran into unforeseen problems (due to water damage from the old units) they handled them well and quickly. It was a very good experience.

Jon arrived on time and performed all necessary work. Very skilled and professional. Costs were not cheap, but were very reasonable. Would definitely hire him again for any plumbing work. Highly recommended if you want quality service at a fair price.

I feel ripped off and disappointed. When he arrived I was told they charged by the job, instead of by the hour, so my little 10 minute project ended up costing me over $200! The man who came out (the owner!) was not personable at all either and left without giving me an invoice (I'm told he'll be mailing it to me). I would never call them again and will not recommend them.

The date is only a guess as I have not found the paperwork for this job at this time. The price may be a little off, but I know it was well over $300.00 The renters were happy with the plumber's professionalism and friendly manner. I was surprised she didn't know where to look for the main water shut-off because its always as close to the street as possible. To be fair, the shut-off valve was boxed-in and needed some screws to be removed from the box, but it was in the basement bedroom's closet...the most logical place for it. She repaired/replaced the leaking pipe and there were no future problems. She also installed a new shut off valve under the bathroom sink. I am satisfied with her work. The price seemed high to me, though I know the work of licensed plumbers is costly. In retrospect, I might have done better by hiring a handy-person who was knowledgeable about replacing pipes.

Had quite a long list of jobs for these guys and they knocked them out quickly and professionally. Had no problems with anything they fixed.

Great service, excellent problem solving, and flexible company. They came out to do one repair on the outside faucet, but we had it wrong what needed to be fixed, and they cheerfully applied the (prepaid) cost of a faucet repair to fixing the leak instead, which they did an excellent job repairing on the spot. They also fixed the indoor toilet which had major water running issues. Very pleasant and responsible workers that you felt at ease with in your home. Great company and highly recommended!

It went great. No more leaking worries and the new faucet works and was installed very inexpensively and quickly.

Jon got back to us quickly and was able to do the work the same day, which we appreciated since neither of our toilets was working. He figured out the problem, explained everything to us and fixed things efficiently. This is the second time we've had Jon work on our plumbing and he's personable, easy to work with and a great plumber! We'll definitely use him again.

We had a little trouble setting up the initial appointment. When it finally did get set up, everything went well.

Everything went very well. They have to charge me $50 extra because they have to cut into the interior wall to get up a piping that goes outside. It was stated in the deal that that would be the extra if I had to do that. When they had to cut into the wall, they just cut the chunk out of the wall and did the work and didn't replace anything or repair anything.

It was good. They were efficient and effective for us because we weren't sure what things we needed to do with the disposal. He's very helpful and coordinated around the other schedule in fact he came first. He's clean, tidy and effective with the schedule. He came up pretty quickly. He had to make an adjustment and make sure that it was functional until he gets a proper solution. He was very professional. It was good. I was very happy.

We purchased the $150 hose faucet replacement Angie's List special. They arrived at the time they said and replaced our old faulty hose faucet in a short period of time. I would definitely use them for other larger plumbing projects.

Eagle did a fantastic job. They were prompt and very professional. We had purchased parts for the inside of the toilet at a big box store (i.e., cheap), and the plumber looked at them and encouraged us to install better quality parts so that they would work well and last longer than the cheap ones. There was no pressure, but we followed his suggestion. He then ran to a supply store and picked them up, returned and installed them.

He replaced an old faucet that has given me trouble for years. It looks great, and works great, and given that this faucet is the only one for my whole back yard, it is crucial that it work and work well. I am very pleased with the job!

John, the company owner, promptly responded to the Angies List work order notice. There was no delay scheduling the job. Adam called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly and efficiently installed the faucet and left a clean work area. A professional job.
