Jon was great!!! Called him at 7:30PM at night and he answered the phone. Was out the next day to replace the water heater. Took him about 2 hours. He put down cloth mats so not to scratch the floors or damage the carpeting while moving the water heaters.

That went fine also. I think it was $899 to fully install and haul the old one out. I think that is what the Deal was for. They did a pretty good job.

It turned out really well. It was $300 or $400 in total. This was the second time I used them.

All went well, showed up on time and performed replacement. Only hang-up, was did not punch out the plug in the new disposal, so dishwasher did not drain properly.

Jon was professional and one of the smartest plumbers we have used over the years. He found a creative solution that reduced the cost or rerouting the piping from city water to well water saving us $600 - $800 dollars. He spent time with me to explain everything. Would definitely use him again.

Jon was the first "one-man" plumbing company I've ever dealt with. In that past I've always dealt with big plumbing chains or large plumbing companies. I thought this time around I would try a small company and I'm glad I did! I first called a big plumbing company about my leaking water heater but they couldn't get to my house until the following day. I jumped on Angie's List and saw all the positive reviews for Jon so I thought I would give him a call. When I called him, he was super polite and professional and luckily was able to get to my house within a few hours! When he arrived, he told me the unfortunate news - the small leak under my water heater wasn't so small after all. I needed to have it replaced. It was 14 years old so I assumed that was the case. Jon gave me what I thought was a fair price so I agreed to let him replace the water heater. He had it replaced within a couple hours - and most of that time was waiting for his plumbing supplier to deliver a new water heater to my house. I couldn't believe how fast he was able to get a new one installed. My experience with Jon was awesome and his pricing was fair. I won't hesitate to use him again in the future and I'd definitely recommend him to others.

Very well. He also had to cut a hole in my basement ceiling to get at the pipe. He also worked on the water shut off for the faucet

Scheduling issues and personal issues caused a delay in appointment work but luckily my issues were not emergencies. But work is done and despite the chunk of money I thanked Jon for taking from me - I also need an electrician to complete the closing off of electricity from the now gone disposal, I have checked another issue from to to do lists. Jon was pleasant, respectful and of course professional.

Did a great job. Showed up on time and did the work very quickly. He had to cut the sheet rock inside the house and left the piece that was removed so I could reattach it. Overall was very pleased with the service.

Went fine. I wanted to replace the shut off valve, which was old and leaky. He suggested it. My previous plumber, who replace most of the plumbing in the house 10 years ago, didn't bother to replace it.

Contacted Jon early afternoon regarding a shower that suddenly began leaking. He assessed the problem over the phone and gave price for repair. We were looking for someone who could do the work done immediately. He was willing to come in between his afternoon jobs. He gave an estimated timeframe, then called when he was 20 min away. Jon was personable and very professional. He answered our questions and left the area clean.

It went well, there was an up charge for frost free.

Even when they came across problems they let us know right away and told us how they were going to fix it. They were very nice and knew what they were doing! I would hire them again!

Very good! Jon was very professional. He responded to my email on Sunday and set up an appointment to come fix one toilet that was continually running. He needed to order a part came back two days later with part.I decided to have him check my second toilet since it was running intermittently and he found the same issue (bad gasket) and was able to repair that one the same day. Would recommend this company!

This was a great deal! He changed our outdoor faucet that was leaking like crazy. We went to shut the water off beforehand and it was already in the off position! Yikes! So we had to get that replaced hence the extra $100. A great guy from Australia who does top of the line work. Tell you everything he is doing before he does it. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Thanks!

Jon was very timely, courteous and skilled in his workmanship. He identified a pin-hole leak, cut out the damaged copper pipe and installed a new pipe.

Both jobs went great. He was done quicker than I thought he would be and handled both jobs ... which would have been impossible for me ... as if they were no big deal. Jon showed me the pipe he cut out from behind the wall below the kitchen sink, pointed out the area where it was leaking, and explained how he was going to solve it with a new pipe. And then he had the new pipe in and done, and I was wondering how on earth he could get a pipe of that length into such an awkward location. I still wonder, but for Jon it was nothing. Each job seemed to me like they would be big ones but he was not even a little bit put off by them. For him they were no big deal. He absolutely knew what he was doing. He was quick. He was efficient. He was economical. And afterwards, he didn't just run off when he was done. Jon sat down with us and as he was explaining the billing and what-not we just had a very enjoyable conversation together. He is extremely personable and by the time he left I considered him to be a new-found friend. I would recommend Jon to anybody who needs quality plumbing done efficiently at a good price.

Arrived on time and installation was quick. The faucet installed was leaking when was on. I was told this is rare but usually seals itself within a few weeks. When it didn't, they came out right away and replaced it. Current one has no issues.
