Jon came promptly and within the time frame he promised. He listened well, figured out the problem, went to get a part, and charged a fair price. He is kind, professional, cool with dogs... and even referred me to another guy who could help me with a different problem with my furnace. It's great to have a service provider who cares that you get your annoyances resolved. Also, he is trustworthy and a clear communicator! Great to find.

Personable, quick service. I was surprised about the total price (because the deal was $29 for $60 worth of work so $135 seemed high) but I hadn't asked about his total charges and I was just glad to get the work done because the access to the faucet was in a tight area and he was right in there.

I called around 10:00 a.m. with water all over my laundry room floor from my water heater. I told him my wife is a day-care provider so I would prefer a late afternoon or evening appointment. After thinking about it he agreed to come over around 4:00 the same day. He was waiting for me when I got home from work around 4:05 and proceeded to do a quick and professional removal of my old heater and installation of the new one. I didn't want to hover over him while he worked but he said he enjoyed the company and we had a very pleasant chat while I watched him work. Very neat, left things as clean as they were if not better. I have total confidence in the work he did and the price was as low as any others I researched. Highly recommend.

The work went smoothly and quickly. Because there was not a shut off valve for the existing hose bib, Jon added one and rerouted the piping to make any future work easier. Once we agreed on the approach for the repairs, he went right to work and had things wrapped up pretty quickly.

It went great, the front was easy. For the back, he actually had to cut into the ceiling. It didn't take long and he got the job done. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him, he was very knowledgeable.

Just bought new washer and dryer and once the washer was hooked up, the old corroded hot water shut off valve leaked so I searched Angie's List for a plumber. Spoke with Jon and we set up time for the next day. When Jon had time open up on his calendar he called me back and said he could be at my house in 20 minutes. That worked for me. He was there promptly, checked the shut off. We agreed he should replace both hot and cold water shutoffs, he quoted a very reasonable price and went right to work. He was done in 30 minutes, explained everything and left no trace he had been there. I will definitely use American Eagle again when I need a plumber.

I called Jon as he was top rated in your list and he agreed to come the very same day. He was punctual. He cut part of the ceiling and detected the cause of the leak very quickly Luckily there was no plumbing problem but leak was due to gap between shower threshold and the floor tiles.He recommended a tile person. He tidied up the place ( although he had covered the furniture and the carpet with sheets so there was no mess. This was one of my more satisfying experience and i would definitely call him again if need arises

Excellent job installing outdoor water facet. Ensured piping was correctly set so water would drain back into house and not freeze. Would recommend them.

The work was performed very quickly and was done perfectly. Adam has been a plumber for 30 years so this was VERY easy work for him. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

He came up with great and reasonable solutions. He did all the work himself and did not waste time, yet took the time I needed to feel secure and satisfied. VERY IMPORTANT! He was very careful and contained his messes and left my house clean. I believe I got my money's worth and more having been burned in the past. He was a very pleasant person to work with and he went above and beyond the call of duty with a smile on his face and a calm, yet concerned attitude. THANK YOU JON! I now have a plumber I feel I can rely on and certainly will use them, if needed, in the future. I am a happy, happy girl!

John arrived promptly on time. He quoted a price on the phone,$300.00, thinking the job would take about 2 hours. When he looked at the job he said it would be more like $550.00 because it was such a difficult job. I was surprised by the increase but did agree the phone was just a quote. John worked hard for 2 hours. He did a beautiful job. He even cleaned up all the messy piping another plumber had done installing the water softner. He did reduce the price to $510.00 and I had an Angie's coupon which helped. I am still uncomfortable with the price being the job took 2 hours, but I am very satisfied with the work. In the future I might ask for a in person quote by a few businesses.

I had purchased a coupon for the job through Angie's List. The faucet was not easy to get to but he did a nice job. I thought the price was high though as I had to pay about $225 over the coupon that I purchased.

Cost me an extra $75 because it was not a "standard" install. It was just the faucet head. That is quite a bit of money for just a faucet head. Next time I will go down to Home Depot and do it myself.

Everything was great! They arrived a little early and replaced my water heater. I was impressed how quickly they were able to remove and replace the water heater. They also hauled the old one away. I will definitely use American Eagle Plumbing again! Thank you so much.

Performed services as required; met property manager in the morning to get into the house. Removed the water softner & disposed of it (even full o salt!). Cost was in line with estimate and they honored the Angie's List deal that I purchased.

Everything went well. Repairs made in a timely fashion.
