It was excellent! Jon came right away and did a fantastic work in very little time. I called him on some work and he came the same day and again did a great job.

Jon is very easy to work with. He responded promptly to all emails and phone calls--even a completely random text message that my cell phone sent him on its own. He was able to fit me in promptly. He worked miracles with a building caretaker who hasn't the sense God gave an *** and convinced him to turn off the building water (as I believed I had arranged previously) even though the required notice had not been posted 24 hours in advance. Sheer charm, patience and charisma! The remaining installation was drama free. He returned to finish the installation the day after I informed him that the tile work was complete. I have a shiny modern tub/shower faucet that works beautifully and does not leak.

My experience was very positive. I worked with John to get all my questions answered and the job scheduled. John was able get his guys to my house that same afternoon. The two gentleman that did the repair were very professional. They used drop cloths to protect my flooring while they worked. They drained, removed and disposed of the old water heater. They installed new chimney duct work to bring me up to code. The installation looks very professional.

We had a stain on our living room ceiling that started leaking water on Good Friday. Since it wasn't a constant leak, I checked what I could on Saturday morning, and then contacted a few different plumbers based on their Angie's List reviews, but being a holiday weekend and a non-emergency, I didn't expect any response until Monday. Jon from American Eagle was the first one to call me back on Monday morning, and the only one to give me a basic estimate based on what little information I could leave him on the phone. I spoke to him later that afternoon, and he was able to get someone (Adam) to my house the next day. The issue was some missing caulk around the faucet, which he was able to diagnose and show me exactly the issue. He inspected the rest of the drywall around the shower, and then added caulk around the faucet. Since he was already on site and that went quickly, I asked him about a downstairs shower that had a bad mixer. He was able to get the mixer out and replace it, and overall the cost was exactly what I was expecting. Will be looking at other plumbing projects for the future, and will be sure to contact Jon first to get some estimates and look forward to working with him in the future.

They were there waiting when I arrived. They were clean, professional and put tarps down so they wouldn't dirty the carpet. The toilet and valve were replaced in just over an hour. Other then the toilet being new, you'd never know they had been there.

When first contacted, Jon was backed up with other work, but was at our location within two days. He immediately produced an estimate after surveying the work and the entire process was completed inside of a week. His crew was punctual, neat and thorough. I will certainly call on American Eagle in the future and would certainly recommend them to anyone in search of a "honest" plumber. 5 STARS!

We discovered a slow leak from the bottom of our water heater on Thursday evening. Found American Eagle Plumbing, Inc. on Angie's List and decided to call them because of the high rating. I called on Friday morning and Jon answered the phone. He was extremely courteous and answered all of my questions. I was very comfortable with the water heater he would be installing to replace our existing one. He was able to come out that morning to install the new water heater and haul away our old one. He covered all of the flooring from our front entrance door to the location of the water heater in our lower level. He cleaned up the work area and left it looking like it did before he did the installation. We will definitely be using American Eagle Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Unlike various plumbing companies I've used in the past who give a "window" of time to show up, (between 8 and noon, 9 and 5 ...), Jon gave an exact time, 8:00 am, and showed up - was here for a half hour or so. I will definitely contact American Eagle again for all my future plumbing needs.

It went very well! We had them out just for the leaky bathtub. Jon quickly determined what the problem was and avoided any disruption to the rest of the house. He then replaced the drain right then and there and when he was finished we asked if he could take a look at the water softener pipes. He did, advised that he could repair the problem. He charged us a more than fair price for all the work he did!

I had water leaking from what I thought to be my water heater but it turned out to be coming form the drainage tube from my water softener. Jon was able to determine where the leak was coming from by running a recharge cycle on the water softener. It was great news knowing I didn't have to replace my water heater. Jon was great to work with and got to my residence very quickly.

Jon was very friendly and conscientious. His bid was very detailed. He didn't perform the work, but I would recommend him and will consider him for my next plumbing job.

The provider was efficient and thorough. He completed the job and then tested the faucet which disclosed a defect in the replacement part and immediately reworked the job. Very conscientious and professional.
