Description of Work: Provider showed up said we would need to take a cabinet down and cut a hole in the wall. After I took the cabinet down he said to cut a hole in the wall would be an additional $65 for what I estimate to be less than 10 minutes of work. I was unwilling to pay that as his reviews said he would add additional costs and I did not want to spend any more than the big deal costs.

Description of Work: Jon, the owner of the company was a gentlemen but he told me that I have to cut the basement walls inside which involves large unexpected cost that I did not know about. This is why I could not do it.

Description of Work: After arriving, Jon recognized more work would need to be done to perform the task. Per his estimation, he would have had to remove a significant amount of drywall, cut a pipe, and install new plumbing. Stated would cost "a couple hundred" more, and therefore we agreed not to move forward. Was hoping for a swap-out of faucets, but these circumstances prevented that.
