Description of Work: I bought a "big deal" which was $100 for $50 for labor only, but they don't specify their labor rate. I wanted to reroute some pipes, he seemed to pull a number out of the air, "that'll be $200" and I said, "I bought this deal from angie's list" and he said, "with that, it's $100" He did a fine job, I don't think it was outrageously priced (maybe a bit high?), he didn't explain how he got to the number, the invoice offered no explanation. He was pretty nice, though he spent about 10 minutes trying to sell me on other work (some legitimate and some that seemed like an obvious upsell), which I found annoying, but maybe that's how the "big deals" make sense for companies to offer. And he left some drippings on rug under the work he had done, it cleaned out easily enough with some elbow grease, and it wasn't a very nice rug, but I still want it too look clean.

Description of Work: Jon disconnected an old under the counter water filtration system and installed a new one. He also installed a new shut off valve for the filtration system to bring the plumbing up to code. |Jon was able to respond timely to my voicemail to setup the work about two weeks out. He called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way and he did arrive on time. Project was accessed, estimate given and work was completed in a efficient manner. Jon was a pleasure to work with and I would hire him again.

Description of Work: Replaced sillcock and shutoff valve. Arrived when they said they would, performed the work quickly and professionally and left no mess.

Description of Work: The work was done well and on time. Work in addition to the water heater installation were performed perfectly and for a reasonable fee. I would use American Eagle again.

Description of Work: Jon came to repair a toilet which ultimately needed to be replaced. He was prompt, clearly and honestly explained the problem, and quickly took action. I would definitely use Jon again and highly recommend him.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $50.00 for $100.00 worth of plumbing services. The service was fine. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Bought the Big Deal whole house plumbing check but he fixed a lot of things--wobbly toilets, kitchen sink didn't drain right, bathroom sink wasn't up to code, low water pressure on shower, etc. I appreciated that he didn't pressure me to fix everything and I didn't feel forced. I felt like I could trust his recommendations.

Description of Work: I had a shower that would lose all water pressure when moving from cold to hot. I figured it was the cartridge behind the shower handle, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it out. American Eagle came out promptly and had it fixed up very quickly. No problems since.
