Description of Work: I had a copper pipe in the basement with a hole in it right at the junction where it entered the cement floor. It was going to be expensive, since the cement would need to be broken up to repair he pipe. I had contracted another company to install drain tile in my basement, and since the concrete would be broken up at that time, Jon graciously worked me into his schedule to do the repair within the time slot when the floor around the pipe would be open, saving me a good chunk of change. I very much appreciate him going out of his way to help me out when he already had a tight work schedule. Thanks again Jon!

Description of Work: Two outside spickets were leaking bad. Second price was discounted and two shutoff valves were also replaced. Came out early in the morning, 7:00 am, to accommodate our schedule.

Description of Work: Purchased the coupon, saw "opening of walls or new shut off valve at additional cost". What it doesn't say is that the provider will not repair the wall damage after the fact. I'm not interested in going through having to find someone to repair the work as well. I need a provider who does the whole job. Provider was very responsive, only dropped the grad e because of the misleading fine print in the coupon. He immediately told me about not fixing the wall and was willing to arrange for a refund.

The price seemed very fair and the skill he demonstrated was very high. The owner did the work and he patiently answered all of my mundane questions. I would recommend him to family and friends.
