+ -1 moreI am new to Angie's List and recently found a great plumbing service and felt the need to do a shout out to the A/C repair man we have used twice since we have lived in our home. William Briseno is a family owned and operated A/C and Heating repair service. Our A/C broke down two summers ago when we had the 60 consecutive days of 100 degree days. We woke up to a scorching house on a SUNDAY and in a panic called 3 different companies. The other two quoted an OT charge b/c it was a Sunday, but when I called William, he mentioned no such thing and was willing to make it in a hour. He came over, did his evaluation gave us the quote and for less than $300, we were absolutely thrilled. In 2010, we found ourselves with the same broken A/C and we called him right up. He said we had a leak, so he fixed that and for less than $200, we were up and running. Our A/C unit, is 17 years old and we know we need a new one. He has taken the time to send us an estimate for a new A/C and we know when the time comes, we will definitely use William. I love when I meet professional and honest businesses that you can count on and trust.
Description of Work: The first time we used A/C and Heating Services we had a short w/ a fuse and the blower was broken. He replaced all parts and had us up and running in about 2 hours for approximately $276. The second time we used A/C and Heating Services our air conditioning had a leak. William was very thorough in trying to find the leak, and said he could not find it. We respected that he was honest with us in telling us that he could not find the leak as opposed to saying that he did, and then saying he fixed something he didn't. His opinion was that it may have been a too small of a leak to detect. He was able to refill the freon that was missing and get us up and running in less than 2 hours. This cost was approximately $175.
