Universal Electronics

After we moved in we had problems getting the wiring to work for our tvs and pretty much everything in our family room. We contacted the builder who referred us back to universal electronics to help us remedy the issue but were told and I quote we were "too stupid to understand". We were also called cheap for wanting our wiring to work and accused of crying. Just absurd. We filed a complaint with the builder about this company. We are not sure what the fuss was as we simply asked for them to please just come troubleshoot the areas in question but the response we were given by Caesar was frightening. We had our engineer neighbor come over and rewire everything instead. The engineer told us that even in the same room things were wired wrong and different, one was an outdated method, so it's no wonder we had problems. To this day our Ethernet port by our moms desk still does not work but we use wireless so never made issue of it as the hassle was definitely not worth it. What is frustrating is seeing the cost of the work performed and then to receive a response like that followed by a slew of insults. It was not warranted. We deserved to have quality wiring and not be called names when we realized by no fault of our own, that our wiring was not working. The response from Caesar at universal speaks for itself. Cesar at Universal Electronics "to bad people that have no clue in audio video should not try and do it them selves. thats why we are the pros on the job. sorry for your luck nicholas. you don't have a clue. its hard to make cheap people happy.if he would of call the get warranty work we would of came out to make it rite. sad part is you called and cried. i've been in this business for 17 years and people like you have no clue on how audio video works unless your an engineer. if so you still have no clue

Timely and completed job promptly. About a 2 hour job. Had been referred by a friend and they performed as well for me also.

We have use Universal for about 8 years. They wired the alarms for a 1960's era home. We had used them before, and were extremely pleased, so we wanted to continue with them. They are professional, and the services they provide are top notch. We would definitely use them again in another home.

SOME DIFFICULTY IN GETTING INITIAL SERVICE, BUT OTHERWISE OK.

WE RECOMMEND UNIVERSAL TO EVERYONE WE KNOW BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY FALSE ALARMS.
