I spent a lot of money for 5 minutes of work and the job was not completed after they said they have fixed it, they left and the issue returned I was told they could not come back for tree days to fix the issue I spent the day fixing the issue myself.

I had a pipe bust in the freeze and Tioga was out and had the pipe repaired in a matter of hours! They were extremely polite, effecient, guided me through what had happened and recommended the necessary correction to prevent it from happening again. The knowledge that the plumber had and the education that he afforded me was amazing and greatly appreciated. I will 100% use them again for any plumbing needs.

Professional and knowledgeable. Cameron and Justin were amazing. They came in and did the job I asked them to do and did not try to oversell me. We has great conversation while they worked and when the job was done they picked up after themselves, cleaned the little bit of sheetrock dust they created and drove off into the sunset. I will definitely be hiring Tioga for future electrical issues/projects.

The price was way too high. They did a good job but they were done in 20 minutes and charged me $376. I will not use this service again.

The guys did a good job. I thought the price was very high. It only took him about 25 minutes to complete the job.

Professional experience.

They came in, flipped the breaker, stayed for a few ?billable minutes? and now the problem is back. I also asserted with the person on the phone that payment needed to be made after the quote was given and she agreed. The team required payment immediately after flipping the breaker. And again, the breaker is tripped again. They did not find the root of the problem but charged over $600.

Little pricy for the job but was done well.

They were very efficient in sending reminders, explained everything beforehand, fast service. Made sure we were pleased with the service before leaving, and sent a picture of my electrician and bio before he came.

The people at Tioga Electric seem to go out of their way to please their customers. They are sensitive to pricing concerns and quality service. I would recommend them to anyone
