They came out in a time manner, they were professional, and they had a reasonable price.

The electrician and his helper arrived promptly and looked at the work to be done and gave me an estimate. Before they came the office called me to give me the name of the crew and sent a picture of them and a little bio. The communication with this company is excellent. I thought the price for the work was a bit high especially since it only took about 1/2 hour to complete, but I needed the 220 outlet replaced with a 110. They were professional and polite and because of the professionalism of all the staff I had them do the work. I probably could have saved a few bucks with another company but I felt that they would stand by their work and that it would be done right so for the peach of mind I went with them.

They were prompt and took care of business in a professional manner. Also, they did not need to do as much as quoted, so they actually REDUCED the expects expenditure! Way to go! I will use them again on our future projects as well.

Overall good. But they wired my dishwasher backwards and it kept flipping my breaker I had to undo it all and redo it in the right order to res8lve the issue.

I will be honest. I had 4 outlets that needed to be changed out, three inside and one outside. They could not change out my 3 indoor outlets because the wiring was not right. It's an old house and the wiring needed to be updated. No problem with that. Then, they went outside and replaced an outdoor outlet. The wiring was correct and they completed it perfectly. But, my concern, being on a budget as a 70 year old retiree, they still charged me their usual price of $325. I paid it. Originally, I wanted 4 outlets changed out and only could do one of the four. Shouldn't the $325 been reevaluated since only one of the four was only completed? BUT live and learn. I know what to ask next time I need work done. Experience is the best teacher. Would I use them again? No. I would need someone who maybe charges just per item or so much an hour and not a blanket amount. I can see spending $325 if all the work could have been completed; but since it could not be done, I think the blanket amount should have been altered. Just sayin'. HOWEVER, they were on time, clean, professional and nice guys. An A++ for that.

Ty was very polite and professional in his approach to our electrical dilemma. He checked related situations and gave good advice toward taking care of issues in our kitchen. Communication from the office in regards to the appointment was cordial as well. They even offered an earlier date to help us out!
