They scheduled and arrived quickly. they sent a picture and a quick bio of who would be coming out to the house. they diagnosed and repaired the problem in an hour or so. called for a credit card and we were finished!

Disheartened to hear that this company does not do doorbell installations. I was told by the company representative that the technician did have a fully stocked vehicle and could perform a doorbell Installation. Ty (technician) told me that he can diagnose and fix low voltage systems but does not install equipment on them. I went ahead and had him perform diagnostic services and replace the transformer. I felt $325 was really over priced but I needed the work done. So technically he did perform the work that he was hired to do, but not the work that I was told he could do. If I had known that he could not perform a doorbell installation, I would have hired someone that could.

Quick response to a request for an estimate. Michael did a great job explaining all that needed to be done to meet Fort Worth code for Federal Pacific panel replacement. Ty lead electrician and helper did an excellent job replacing the panel, meter can, smoke detectors, ground rod, and updating the ground wire. Everyone involved was very professional and wanted to be sure I was informed and happy. Great job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tioga was supposed to install a new 50 Amp circuit and a whole house surge suppressor from the breaker box to our kitchen for a new appliance. I am not sure if it will actually work as I did not see any test results or anything to indicate that it was installed correctly. Tioga should also invest in a measuring tape or stud finder. It would have been extremely helpful for the electricians helper that had to drill 8 six-inch holes in the ceiling and wall to pull the wire less than 6 ft in addition to drilling into the ceiling joist only to drill back to the original side of the ceiling joist within the same 6 ft run. As a finishing touch, the helper drilled an extra hole for the power outlet because the first one was cut too large. I can only hope my appliances do not burn up when they are plugged into this new circuit.

My TIOGA Electrician was Michael Lezama. He was simply EXCEPTIONAL! Before he entered our home he put on boot covers. He has impeccable manners. He listened well, worked attentively, corrected the issues due a poor â ceiling fan â self-installationâ , took pictures of the things he corrected, and installed a 2nd ceiling fan in another room. And when he left he cleaned up all debris associated with the installation. I asked him who his boss is so that I could brag on himâ ¦ and he told me CHRIS. Is his boss. So CHRIS, You have a hard working & very spiffy employee in Mr. Michael Lezama. I give TIOGA ELECTRIC my HIGHEST recommendation. You guys responded promptly with a reasonable prices and high quality service!!! Well Doneð
