All six of my smoke detectors were going off so loud I couldn't think! There was no fire. This happened in 2014 too. They checked the electrical panel and determined it was low batteries in two of the smoke detectors. They replaced all the batteries in my smoke detectors! I was very satisfied with the service and price!!!

My appointment was for Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. time open up for Monday, which I took . Chris was professional, kind and explained everything. Hired them on the spot and got the work done. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11 they were off the charts.

When I made the appointment I was told they would come out and give me an estimate and I could accept it or not. When they got here I was told a diagnostic visit was $165, but that could include the repair that I needed. Chris immediately found the problem and repaired it, then also advised me on some other issues. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will call this company again if needed.

The company was great at managing Chris's schedule to get him over in a timely manner to give me an estimate. Chris gave me an estimate and knew I had to have the electrical work done before the A/C work could be done so he came by the next morning and completed his work. He was very professional and I will use this company again for sure.
