Simple electrical repairs were done well. Unfortunately, the representatives who visited did not assess the main electrical problem ( builds burning out too quickly, ceiling and exterior lights popping on and off) correctly. Had to contract another electrician to locate the short

While a number of companies were recommended to us, several of them contacted us prior to the date we asked them to. As a result, we either lost track of them or they didn't call back when we were ready. Tioga contacted us promptly and was able to send both a plumbing team and an electrical team out in a timely manner to give us estimates. Although we ended up not requiring extensive help from the plumbing team, they were professional, knowledgeable and fair. The electrical team was also professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They worked on bringing our electrical box, GFI switches, and additional electrical issues up to code. All employees of Tioga arrived at their appointed hours. We would definitely work with them again.

Chris came out on short notice and was able to give me a temporary fix to get me through the night and was back out the next day with his associate and tracked down the issue and repaired it.
