Did my project when rejected by another company. Gave me the plan of what needed to be done gave me a quote on initial visit. Executed the plan the next day within the time specified. Job well done.

I was searching for a tankless water heater and put my information in home advisor to get plumbers quote. Tioga called the next morning and sent someone over within the hour to give me a quote. The next day was the install of my new tankless water heater. I had Billy and Natalie and a helper for this project and they were very professional, respectful and thoughtful in not getting my house dirty and damaged since they had to haul 2 water heaters down from the attic. It was an all day job and the crews did an awesome job from start to end. They cleaned up the taped papers and made sure everything was good to go before leaving. I was really impressed with this company's services and their crews. They were quick and got the job done for a reasonable price. I recommend this company to anyone needing a Navien tankless water heater.

After looking at Home Advisor, Tioga Plumbing was the first to call me back - even on a Saturday. We scheduled a free quote visit for Monday morning. I got a text telling me they were on their way with photos and short bios about each technician. Once they arrived, the guys listened, took pictures, and gave me a reasonable estimate. Once I agreed, they started the job immediately. When it was all said and done, it actually cost less because they used parts we had purchased with the faucet kit for our shower because it was a newer model than what they had. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They did a really good job replacing my water heater with a top of the line brand for an affordable price.

We have a home warranty service and the company they selected for us was far more expensive than Tioga Plumbing. They were fast and efficient and customer service was perfect. Communication was what you would want.

My original quote with the first company was that it would cost me 575.00 to repair my faucet. Tioga charged 245.00 to repair the faucet. It was corroded pipes between sheet rock and the outside bricks. They had to fuse and replace piping and faucet still 245.00 I do not feel cheated.

I called to have them go out to my aunt's home to service her hot water tank heater, and found the most amazing, HONEST company that my family will do all their business with Tioga Contractors. I live out of state but the office manager took care of scheduling and payment; and my aunt was surprised to see Mundo and his assistant Linda at her front door the very next day. Although they were unable to resolve the issue the same day because they had to order parts; these guys ultimately helped my aunt save thousands of dollars by working with integrity and honesty.

The agent was very thourough and detailed per the tasked requested of him. Valided the system of leak's and to repair faulty sprinkler heads. At a rate of $130.00 an hr, I felt that was a bit lofty. I served in the past 23 yrs as military and presently as a police officer of 12 yrs where my life is in danger daily and my pay per hour can't compare to this hourly pay rate. Where is the justification. No fault to the agent that came out. He was perfection professionally and in his humanity. Five stars to that young man. Job well done.

They were supposed to come out and give me a free estimate but when I got there they said they did not see a problem it may be something else that they did not do, but they still charged me $169!
