Business called almost immediately after HomeAdvisor recommended this company. Plumber with assistant arrived within an hour of their retention. The plumber and his assistant were very professional, efficient and left no mess. Sink was quickly unclogged. Fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Tioga and will certainly use them again.

They called when they could come out two hours earlier than expected. Nick worked very hard during the time he was here.

I can't say enough good about this experience, the company, and the plumber, Johnny, who actually performed the repair. It's the attention to details that can determine a rating, and if it were possible I'd rate Tioga, through the attention of Johnny, a 10 out of 5. They've won my long-term business should I ever need plumbing help again.

The customer service is polite and quickly responsive. The serviceman was also highly professional. However, he said he found a crack in the back of my toilet and it would need replacement. I discovered that there was no Crack in the toilet. What the serviceman felt was a line of paint behind the toilet. So, I still replaced the toilet on my own. It works fine. The serviceman did replace a bad valve and that was helpful. I think the whole project would have cost less if it were not misdiagnosed.

One of the first plumbers to call and were quick to schedule. But what was to be a same day appointment ended up being pushed to the next day for the plumber. The work was done as expected, but the promise of same-day timing should be reconsidered.

Tioga Contractors, LLC responded within minutes of our HomeAdvisor request and had someone here the next morning to unclog our kitchen drain. The repairman was prompt and very professional. We will definitely keep them on our list of service providers should the need arise in the future.

The plumber was very friendly and efficient. He installed our garbage disposal and faucets for our under mount sink.
