They did a great job, when I pay the bill his employee told me to contact the owner and he would send me the receipt however the wouldn?t take my call, I?ve tried to contact him about another job and he wouldn?t answer my call! So rude and disrespectful !!!!

Solved a mystery with a custom faucet that previous plumbers were unable to solve. Demonstrated ability to investigate problem for actual root cause that had eluded prior plumbers who simply had addressed the issue with bandaid solutions. Consequently the faucet works like it never has before.

I had asked for an estimate, I was told the service tech would be sharp at my place 8:00 am. tech did not show or call and took another emergency job and never came in till about 10:00 am after I had already left. rather than calling me after inspection without approval he went and did the job. they never called me till I called them asked them what happened, I was told the job is already done and it would be $240.00. that was ridiculous price to just blow off algae in a pipe, a 2 minute job. finally I had to negotiate the price to $175.00. I would rate this company very high on a service call. they will trap you saying it is a free estimate, but it is not, when you get the work done the trip charge is included in the total charge.

Great pair of guys who really helped me out in a bind. They gave me the best and worst quote in case they had to tear up my brick. They did not, paid the lower best results price and the outside paucet has been working like a charm and doesn't leak. I even think they upgraded my faucet component, it's real nice, like industrial grade!

They arrived few minutes before I did from work and they had already tested the water pressure at the front of the house. They found the pressure to be too high than normal. This confirmed what I was suspecting. They will be coming back to fix that problem. As a family owned business they take care of their customers. No wonder they have been in business for so long.

It was easy working with them. Will, Keely and Courtney were great. Johnny and partner came to the house as scheduled to assess the problem and gave us a quote immediately. AJ and Mundo fixed the leaking faucet efficiently. As initially discussed, they opened up a portion of the wall but it was neatly cut and my husband was able to return with ease. This team is very professional and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
