They actually knew what to do, but never did it and really never wanted to just change the element on the water heater to fix the problem. They are only interested in installing a brand new system. That is there only way of making more money. It looks like a scam to me

The plumbers showed up to fix the water heater but the problem turned out to be a gas issue. The company did not charge for the visit. Amazing!

Terry is a highly skilled plumber who helped to remove an old kitchen sink faucet with side spray and re-install a new one. Before the repair, I thought it would take 2 or 3 hours to finish the job since there was not sufficient room under the sink for maneuver. However, Terry confidently finished his task in about 1 hour and declined my offer to help. Our new faucet functions properly as expected.

Everyone was very nice and they did the job w/o tearing up the whole yard which was a blessing. They offered financing and even the office personnel came back to my house after the work was done for me to sign the finance papers, I didn't have to go to the office. They were quick to fix and I compared at least six or seven other companies and they were the most reasonable in price and time. I would definitely use them again.

They were able to come out within 2 days to fix an issue for me (non-emergency) with my shower, saving me from having to remove drywall to have to fix it myself. They used a couple of special tools and got it done in less than 15 minutes (I have wrestled with it for several hours over several days, including buying a (useless) tool at the hardware store. Fast, friendly, excellent job, showed up within 15 minutes of the start of the time they gave me ( 2 hour window).

The plumbers were very punctual and explained everything in detail.

They were on time, had everything they needed to do the job. They put everything back exactly the way it was, you can't even tell they did the work. They did an outstanding job.

Publing technician was very nice and did an excellent job. The work that he did was very well done but the cost was high for what he did. I would recommend them if you are willing to pay the high cost.

Very responsive and professional. They gave me alternatives to solving our problem and suggested a less expensive alternative solution. Did not leave until all leaks were found and fixed. Cannot praise them enough.
