Great experience with Tioga. They were very responsive to my timeline. I m a DIY guy and started a hot water heater install that turned out to be a little more than I bargained for. Billy came in and bailed me out. Loved his attention to detail and constant communication through the job. Because I m a DIY guy, I m used to saving a lot of money. So I was sort of hit with sticker shock at the price which I rated a little lower. In reality, they are probably pretty much in line with industry standard. I was very pleased with our experience and wouldn t hesitate to recommend Tioga to anyone needing a hot water tank replacement.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. This duo arrived and fixed the scheduled issue and was also able to fix another problem at the same time!

The plumber, AJ, was professional and courteous. Brenda, customer service professional, was nice, understanding and patient. An honest operation. The installation was a success at a fair price. Also gave me a military discount. Will use their services again.

We had a plumbing emergency on Good Friday and it was late in the day and looked on Home Advisor for pros. Tioga company called me right away to find out what was going on at my house and was able to come out within the hour and fix the problem (cleaned out clean out drains - water coming up from toilets and bath tub). They we re very polite and friendly. Would use them again in a heart beat, so happy they responded to me so quickly (they were the only company that would get back to me after calling several others).

The plumber called to let me know he was on his way and arrived when promised. He quickly fixed the issue I called about and also replaced another like faucet. He was excellent!

They were on time, efficient, professional and reasonable. The owner would come out each day to inspect the work. I recommended them to my daughter but she had them install a gas water heater it was installed but she found out later that their work was not up to code. They did electrical work for me. I would recommend them for electrical work but not for installation of a gas water heater.

Tioga are honest and thorough. We had over a few plumbers before them and no one else checked the pipes with a camera. Billy and Natalie were great.

Billy was awesome, he was very professional. If I ever need a Plumber again I will request that Billy do the work. I give a 5 star. The price was less than I thought it would be.

My experience was the customer service was great when we got connected and he gave me an estimate for three projects that i needed to do. I then decided to give one project to another service professional and he then changed the price on me and wanted to charge more for two projects, in other words he was trying to pull a fast one on me.
