Description of Work: We remodeled our kitchen and replaced all appliances. Texas Appliance Supply's prices were competitive although not the cheapest. We decided to purchase from them because we thought they would provide superior service and they we a local business. On May 12th 2014 we paid for the appliances but since our contractor was not yet ready we took delivery of the dishwasher and requested they hold the remainder until he was ready. They were more than happy to comply and we thought everything was fine. When it came time to install the ovens, cooktop, and microwave we called ahead to arrange for pickup and were informed that they had no record of our purchase. Not only that, but the appliances they were holding for us were sold and the microwave we purchased was no longer available. We had to wait for more appliances and ended up taking the old floor model microwave which was the only one left available. Overall we did not get the quality of service we expected from this long time local business.
