They did not do installation to code by not putting a secondary drip pan in. I realized this and tried to get them to install the drip pan as required by building code. After much run-around they finally agreed that they would put in the secondary drip pan for an additional $450. By this time, the primary drip pan had clogged up and was dripping water through my ceiling. I told them I would not pay the additional amount that they are responsible for doing it right. They refused and drove off the job. It ended up costing me over $2600 to get their installation done to code by a reputable AC company and make the repairs to my ceiling. These guys are unethical. I would never suggest using them. They obviously cut corners to save money and then don't stand behind thier work.

They arrived ontime and completed the installation in one day. Returned the next day after i called about one of the units leaking water. The did a excelent job. I would highly recomend this company.

I wanted to give the system a break in period before I provided feedback to get an idea of the performance of the new unit. The TDAC sales representative was professional and thorough. Most importantly, I believed what he said about his product and his company. The install crew was awesome. They arrived promptly at the set time and performed the installation and clean up. The new heat pump is performing well so far. I am seeing a significant decrease in power usage compared to the old Trane unit over the period that the Carrier heat pump has been in service. I would gladly recommend TDAC to anyone!

I noticed on a Saturday morning that 1/2 of my house was a little warm and left to run errands and came back to a sauna in the TX summer heat. I used Angie's list to find an A/C repair shop that worked weekends. DT answered their phone, called me back in 5 minutes and promised to be at my house within 30 minutes - they were here in 20! ;-) He turned the A/C off since it had been left running with no freon and cleaned out the unit, added freon, checked the breakers and my house was back to cooling down in about an hour. Excellent service, workmanship, promptness!!

Very good! If I need service again, I will contact him first before my home warranty. He came out and checked the A/C system, determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. As I have a home warranty system I elected to contact them to do this work; however, the repairman was very honest and helpful in explaining what was wrong. I appreciated his input and would have used him had it merely been something like adding freon, etc.

In June 2006 we had the pleasure of having a new Frigidaire Heat Pump installed by TDAC,as our old one was about to die. Todd Douglass(the owner of TDAC)did the work himself. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work done. The Heat Pump has been running great, without any problems. We were so pleased with TDAC,that we decided to use them again. In May 2007 we had TDAC install a new Inside Unit(Air handler).Again, the owner(Todd Douglass)came Himself and removed our old unit and installed the new one. It only took a few hours!! It has also worked great without any problems. I guess a lot of people experience problems like: Work is not done on time, the quoted price changes, the work is not done right. It can be quite stressful having a crew coming in to your home. With TDAC everything was done right, at quoted price, on time and the whole thing was nice and stress free for us. We would highly recommend TDAC to anybody. The owner is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, polite and works efficiently. We will use TDAC again for our air conditioning needs.
