+ 0 moreTHE COORDINATOR OF THIS PROJECT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN SOME OF THE DUCTS DID NOT SEEM CLEAN AFTER THEY LEFT, I PHONED AND THEY RETURNED TO RE-CLEAN THEM. THEY DID CLEAN THE CARPET SIMULTANEOUSLY, WHICH MEANT PEOPLE WERE WALKING ON DAMP CARPET SO THEY DIDN'T STAY CLEAN AS LONG.
Description of Work: SERV-PRO CLEANED MY DUCT WORK AND CLEANED CARPETING IN SEVERAL ROOMS. MY HOUSE IS TWO STORIES SO THERE WAS QUITE A BIT OF DUCTWORK TO COVER. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY.
