+ -1 moreExcellent - his expertise allowed us to find the problem and replace the burnt out motor instead of us having to replace the entire condenser unit outside. He explained the problem clearly to us and showed us the part that needed replacing. He worked quickly and was courteous. The A/C has been working great!!!

+ -1 moreNoticed a problem just after 8pm. Rushco was my 4th call at 9:50pm. I left a voice message for the first 2 and they never called back. 3rd answered a designated emergency number and tried to refer me elsewhere. I opted to call Rushco next instead and I'm glad I did! "Casey" was dispatched immediately, arrived before 11, and diagnosed and replaced a bad run capacitor courteously and efficiently. All said and done by 11:15!

+ -1 moreWe knew something was wrong because we were getting cold in the winter. We later found out they had put too small a unit in the house and that we needed a 5 ton unit. They did admit it was their mistake and replaced the unit, but they still made us pay $400 for the it. They were not responsive and we will never use them again.
Description of Work: Rushco Service installed a 3 ton furnace in our 2450 square foot home a little over a year ago. They recently came back to install a bigger unit.
